Very Comfortable, A Respite from the Buzz of the City!

We loved everything, there wasn't anything we were displeased with. Perfect location, great neighborhood, good restaurants walking distance away, a lovely park 3 blocks away! I would return should we be in Mexico City again!

I would 100% recommend and stay again

Just like the photos, clean, new, super comfy bed. Staff were very attentive and the location was perfect. They have nice additions like free laundry and a lovely rooftop terrace.

Wonderful stay

The Amsterdam is a small, modern hotel in the leafy centre of Condesa. We stayed in a 2bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms with large walk in showers, one with a big tub, comfortable living and dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Breakfast on the lovely roof terrace. It was wonderful lace to spend 4 nights. Can’t say enough about the helpful staff Highly recommend

I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location with shops, cafes, beautiful sidewalk paths and nearby parks. The hotel was clean and sophisticated as well as well stocked.

The free coffee and tea downstairs were not always stocked. I am not used to hotels cleaning and bringing new towels in everyday. We were not sure how to keep the towels we used so not to waste water/ detergent.

A fantastic suite hotel in a wonderful neighborhood

This is a stylish all-suites hotel in a calm and sophisticated neighborhood. We booked 6 suites for a family reunion and were so impressed with its design, spacious suits, wonderful roof-top gathering terrace and friendly staff. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchenettes and sitting/dining areas. The bathrooms were huge with double sinks, a shower and a tub. The two bedroom suites had two bathrooms - so convenient for sharing. My only complains were the low water pressure and lukewarm water temperature in our 5th floor bathroom (other rooms did not report that problem). Also - the lights in the sinks area were very dim and not suitable for applying makeup. While the hotel doesn’t offer a full breakfast, it does have coffee/tea, yogurt and cut fruit, bread and pastries. Quantities were small but upon request the staff replenished the food. Coffee was lukewarm and weak, however, the lobby has a Nespresso machine so we were fine. Besides, we bought some eggs etc. at the Walmart Express around the corner so we were fine. There are also cute cafes and bakeries in the area, though our family loved the roof top morning gatherings. All in all - the Amsterdam by Viadora suite hotel is a gem we’d recommend to anybody! Thank you, helpful staff!

As mentioned, the water pressure and temperature in our 5th floor suite (#502), which wasn’t fixed despite our mentioning it and the receptionist promise to look into it; the dim lights in the vanity area and the coffee on the rooftop breakfast

Not great if you wish to sleep at alll during your stay

The property is lovely in a great location

They say no parties, however this is how night 4 of enduring parties in the next room. Loud music, slamming doors from the coming and going of guests at all hours - the past 2 nights they were still going at 4am. Despite complaining to the front desk, it seems the no party rule doesn’t apply. For that (and the lack of sleep!) I wouldn’t recommend

We had a great stay. Very large and comfortable accommodations and wonderful staff.

The breakfast on the rooftop patio was very nice. There usually weren't enough plates and silverware, but other than that, the continental breakfast was very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious with lots of room for 5 people. The kitchenette was handy too, although we ate out most of the time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms could have been cleaned a little better, particularly the floors could have used better vacuuming and sweeping, especially near the sliding glass doors. Otherwise, they felt clean.

We had an amazing time in Mexico City and felt that the Amsterdam was ideal for us … good value for sure.

It was a stylish boutique with interesting art work. Our suite was perfect for our 4 night stay. The location was ideal for us. It had a decent gym that we used and roof top patio for lounging.

The staff were pleasant but we had to ask several times for more hangars which took 2 days to arrive. Small annoyances like no water in the carafe in the gym and no instruction on how to turn on the tv. The continental breakfast was not set up properly on 2 occasions.

I liked the LEONORA property much better.

The breakfast was very good, if a little disorganized (sometimes cups/sometimes not-we found them in a cabinet). It should be overseen by a person.

The hotel is very dark (no natural light). The hotel did not exude cleanliness. The rug in our living room (103) was VERY dirty and should be removed.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in with great amenities and great location.

It was very clean and comfortable and in a wonderful location close to park and coffee, gelato, chocolate, etc. They offered nice touches such as breakfast on the rooftop and beverages available at all times.

Absolutely amazing, highly recommend!

The most comfortable bed we’ve ever had in a hotel room. Everything was super clean, and very fresh feeling. Would absolutely book here again and highly recommend anyone visiting to do so.

The only downside was the noise of doors shutting outside of the room. Makes a loud thud noise that transfers. But nothing we couldn’t get over.

We highly recommend this perfect stay in a beautiful neighborhood of Mexico City.

Our family loved exploring the neighborhood of Condesa and walking through the green pathway in the middle of Avenida Amsterdam. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen was had everything we needed and the staff was lovely. We also enjoyed the light breakfast on the rooftop terrace.

Super place would highly recommend, would stay again when we come back to Mexico City

Super location, nice staff, secure and safe neighbourhood, well designed and spacious rooms. We arrived late from the airport and the team proactively reached via WhatsApps to ensure someone was here to meet us. Front desk is staffed 24/7. We stayed with our two young children in a two bedroom place on the 4th floor.

Breakfast options were a little light, AC can be noisy

Everything about this place was excellent. The staff was courteous, the location was perfect with plenty to do within walking distance, and the accommodations were a perfect example of a high-end boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place in great location with super helpful, knowledgable staff.

Perfect hotel in an excellent, quiet, lush and green location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Super friendly staff. Diego at reception gave us THE best restaurant suggestions and marked them on a map. Renata was extra helpful in getting us ticket for the ballet. You can walk to lots of nice places in CDMX from the hotel.

That we couldn't stay longer. The hotel and its staff is a great find. Highly recommend it.

Lovely Stay

Everything was wonderful. Staff helpful, cleaners attentive, the room lovely. The kitchen well stocked. Great location too. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Best ice cream in the world two doors down. Lovely tree lined streets. I hope to come back in 2026.

Maybe a little pricey compared to others in the immediate area. The self serve breakfast was not very good or interesting. But this is a minor complaint. We ended doing our own breakfasts.

Exceptional stay in a terrific location for exploring Mexico City!

This hotel exceeded our expectations - we had a two bedroom room with a kitchen / living area that was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and as photographed. The hotel rooms were much bigger than others we have stayed at in Mexico City. The breakfast on the terrace was perfect for a light start to the day and the laundry facility and gym were handy! Diego at reception gave us some great recommendations and all the staff were very friendly. Location was perfect with many restaurants and cafes and a great base to explore the rest of the city!

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful once we got to the property. The apartment was spacious and great for a family, especially having the studio suite that could connect into the 2 bedroom. The breakfast was nice to have available and the rooftop deck was lovely .

It was hard to communicate with the property prior to arrival or to get help/advice regarding activities/dining in the area. What's app was very spotty. But they were very helpful once we arrived.
