    My first time in Mexico City, I’m so happy that I chose to stay at Andaz. Even as busy as they were with two weddings and completely booked up you would have never noticed. The staff was absolutely fantastic, always greeting you and the hotel was clean and smelled good. Marcos the bell guy that helped us when we arrived was so polite and helped us so much during our trip and even made our trip special on my birthday with a cute birthday set up in our room! So thoughtful! And Victor at check in was amazing as well! They fave good food recommendations that we tried that were delicious! Truly a great place to spend my birthday weekend!

    Got checked into the 1st floor. Literally next to the road. Could not sleep well. Would help if they at least double glazed the windows. Also cold showers, which was bad for a mexican winter.

    This hotel is great in so many ways. A couple of things I did note were that there were an over abundance of security, dressed in dark clothing, lurking the hallways from the lobby. The only other detractor for this hotel is that the pool is really a human aquarium because one wall of the swimming pool is glass that is shown into the bar. I knew the people didn’t want to see a 65-year-old fat man swimming around and so I decided to spare the people in the bar such a sight.
