Beautiful, memorable hotel; great service

The rooms are perfectly decorated and very comfortable. This is a boutique hotel with every room being different and special. Great bathroom; kitchen is well equipped. Everything is tasteful. The service is outstanding. We got great recommendations. Located in Condesa. Easy access to key places. Excellent WiFi; the room had a beautiful terrace.

Excellent, clean accomodation in a great location. Great Staff (Notably Diego!)

The location was great, on a quiet street with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber from all the attractions and other restaurants in Roma Norte.

The first morning we went up to get breakfast and the coffee was empty and all the breakfast items had been eaten. We went down to the reception and they said they would fill the coffee and make sure there were enough items for the next morning. They brought some fruit to our room which was very nice.

This hotel is like an oasis. A place to really relax away from the City noise. Loved it.

What a disaster!

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

The service was absolutely terrrible. Once night rain was pouring into our room and they had no idea what to do about it. They have yet to refund our money. I've had to file a formal complaint with Booking.com and my credit card. The location was so-so. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired.

amazing facilities, impressive service from Alfredo and reception.

Host and Alfredo(security guy) helped us when we arrived, they explained how to get around places to eat. Alfredo explained the history of the place, my kids were amazed with facilities. It is quiet place, good place for family to stay. We arrived late, we felt safe, we went for walk late.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cleo. We would stay there if we visit CDMX again.

Casa Cleo is in a beautiful building with gorgeous details at the lobby level. The rooms were stylishly decorated and spotless. The beds were super comfortable. The staff (Daniel, Mariana, a young man at the front desk whose name we regrettably forgot , and Carlos, Alfredo were all very friendly and helpful; a special thanks to Daniel who made sure we had all we needed for an excellent stay). The complimentary breakfast was good and healthy. The location was convenient, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores in Condesa.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel! The room was so clean and amenities were great (including Bose speakers for the room). The whole hotel smelled so good we went to buy the scent for ourselves haha. However the best part was the incredible security staff. They were there around the clock, helping us with our luggage, personally opening the gates whenever we left the hotel, and even ensuring our safety when helping us grab our food delivery orders. I can’t say enough good things about how great the staff was!

Only things that were not ideal for me were engine noise at night from nearby a partner, and the fact that there was no coffee and breakfast, but overall I loved the house and it’s location.

Perfect launch pad to explore CDMX

Apartment was perfect, very modern, stylish and clean. Out host (Daniel), super nice and helped us out with reservations. The outdoor workout area was ideal for morning weights and stretching (to the sound of birds chirping). Breakfast was limited (pastries, fruit, yoghurt), but we also really enjoyed breakfast at some of the nearby cafes. Location was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street and very secure.

This apartment is beautiful & the staff at the front desk and door were very helpful and friendly.

The location was fine - a little chilly because it was outside but we wore jackets.

The food and coffee. The yogurt and fruit were fine but the "fresh made pastries" were a disappointment on 2 out of 3 days. The coffee was luke warm and the strength was weak.

Staying at the Casa Cleo made our stay in Mexico City a wonderful trip. The staff was wonderful.

It was lovely to have a some breakfast on the terrace. The yogurt and fruit were very good and the sourdough bread was delicious. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Very relaxing.

Great new apartment/hotel in charming Condesa

Everything is brand new. The apartments are beautifully designed, well equipped and spacious. The location is great, in a charming corner of Condesa with lots of restaurants nearby. Yet the street is very peaceful. We only ever heard the sound of birds. It is nice that they include a light buffet breakfast served outside. Staff all very helpful. A great find!!

Breakfast could improve! If you go at 9:15 am, bread is gone, sometimes yoghurt not available. Coffee is good and fruit cup. Otherwise, love Casa Cleo!

Very good

Great location in La Condesa. Gorgeous architectural design - we were blown away by the attention to detail. Extremely helpful and professional staff. And to top it all off, there is a heavenly clean scent that welcomes you home as you enter through the front courtyard.

The few items at the breakfast bar were wonderful, but there were not enough choices to really qualify as a continental breakfast. I’d say it was more of a coffee bar (coffee and a few pastry items).
