The hotel was located right in the middle of Condesa, within walking distance of many excellent restaurants. As a solo traveller, I felt safe going out and about the area, location worked well with uber too!
Staffs were immensely helpful. My TV was malfunctioning when i arrived, they immediately sent staff and had it fixed within 20 mins.
The room was spotless though I unfortunately had a mosquitoe slipping in through the doorway almost every night, but didn't get any bites so it was alright.
Be mindful of the room size when booking as the rooms were more compact in real life compared to photos. Worked out fine for me as a solo traveller but might be too tight if your party needs more space.
Overall, would definitely stay here again!
