The staff was very nice and helpful and the apartment was quite nice.

There was barely any privacy as I could hear everything about my neighbors, there was a weird smell in the room and the utensils were dirty.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Laundry room with many washing machines and dryers.

During our stay on our floor, a dog was left unattended for at least five hours. Throughout this time, the dog was barking non-stop and extremely loudly. The situation was reported to the staff; however, no action was taken, and the disturbance persisted.

A well located and comfortable long stay residence

The staff were very helpful and were proactive in assisting our concerns I must complement Manu and Pablo ( both well versed in English) for their prompt actions on our requests. It has made our stay very comfortable Overall, I would recommend this place for a long stay

Wonderful staff!

Excellent location. The staff went above and beyond, and was absolutely amazing, helpful beyond words, and incredibly kind. The space was fine, and we were very pleased with the property as a whole. I’d like to give a special shout out to Vanessa, who stayed after her shift to help us with a problem. I do not recall the name of the gentleman on duty who helped upon arrival and could not have been more attentive and helpful on every day of our stay. The entire staff was great, and for that reason, I would give five stars aside from a few things that were somewhat problematic, although not overly dramatic.

The water pressure in one of our showers was nearly nonexistent, and the hot water took a very long time to get warm. The unit was listed as three beds, but only had two, as the couch, more of a loveseat size, did not fold out into a bed. The gentleman at the desk made good on this by giving us another unit so that we would have sufficient beds for the four people in our party, two teenagers and two adult adults.

Nice cozy little apartments in the heart of Polanco at a reasonable price.

I like to have the code to enter the room. The room was comfy and was like a small apartment with a kitchen and a fridge. The bed were big and comfy.

I think they forgot to mention in the website that cleaning of the rooms are not included for stays of less than 7 days, which means you won't have room service, you will need to ask for new towels and bring the trash to the trash room.

A pleasant stay at Polanco.

The location is very walkable to the museums, castle and the park. Safe and convenient, with lots of cafes and a Walmart nearby. The room is new and clean. Good value for staying at Polanco.

Oasis in CDMX

This was my first experience staying at an aparthotel and I have been missing out! I like the comfortability of a hotel and this is it. I am definitely one of those travelers who doesn’t want housekeeping in my room so this was perfect for me. I also loved having the ability to stock up on beverages and snacks and being able to have a real fridge for them. I definitely took advantage of being able to do my laundry before returning home. There was a slight issue with the machine not manually going to the next cycle but the staff onsite was very helpful in helping me. The WhatsApp team was also very helpful with my many questions and were quick to respond especially after my first night of hearing a smoke detector battery beeping all night. It wasn’t a problem after that.

Honestly there isn’t anything I can say I didn’t like about the property. This was my first visit to CDMX and I did very little research or planning and the trip was very smooth for me including selecting this hotel.

Unhelpful communication with concierge, rooms could be cleaned better

Good location and facilities

1) I arrived at 6am, called in advance, a member of staff offered to check in early for half-day rate, which I accepted. When I arrived a different person refused to honor the offer and reverted to unhelpful WhatsApp exchange with a concierge. 2) Facilities are good, but shower had a slippery floor, when sprayed with water, which indicates the film layer of bacteria, it was not cleaned using detergents

Good stay in Polanco

Lovely location, new rooms. Big comfortable bed, closet and drawers which is handy for longer stays. Nice bathroom, free laundry. Easy check-in and keyless so you don't have to worry about access. Area felt safe, lots of amenities close by. Quite good value for money considering the location and new facilities.

The shower was terrible. No water pressure, it would turn colder then hotter during a shower. Both aspects like someone else taking a shower at the same time impeded yours. It's not great for business travellers as there is no table and chair to work on. It's great to have an iron, but those little tabletop boards don't work without a proper table. A mini fridge in the room would be useful.

El conford de las camas y el tener un balcon al aire libre. La terraza tiene unas vistas de toda la ciudas para trabajar es genial.

Los baños, cada vez que enciendes la luz lo hace el estractor de aire y hace mucho ruido, a la noche es muy incomodo despierta a todos.
