I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. I felt like at home

Decent dorm-style place

Very comfortable bed, decent living room, great location. Also safe, private, and secure and helpful staff with good English

11 night stay, find a more quiet place for more than 2 nights.

I liked the location in terms of easiness to reach places and connections. Everything is close, including a huge supermarket.

Not the place for a longer stay. The location was great but the isolation of the building is so terrible that it was incredibly noisy. Bring plugs to sleep because trucks, cars, sirens and lots of traffic goes through this street from 6am. Room services: they usually remove rubbish every day but the towels are only changed every 5 or 6 days (depending who you ask) No other cleaning is done. I was placed in the ground level apartment on the night of my arrival, the next morning the hot water was not working and I was moved to the -1 floor. I stayed there for 5 nights and it was horrible. Not only super dirty but extremely humid and cold. I complained a few times about the cold and it was after my 5th night I told them I should be changed because I was sick. They moved me the next morning to the 2nd floor. The apartment next to me had the music out loud every day for hours, I couldn't hear my TV. Isolation is TRULY an issue if you are a tiny bit sensitive to noise. My stay was 11 nights and I left a night earlier. The evening/night staff was great but the manager seemed annoyed every time I was reaching out to complain (which I believe were logical, I truly made everything to work)

Good option for Mexico City

Great big room with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and stovetop. Huge bed. Good water pressure.

Street sounds at night make it a bit noisy. Had to go search for coffee pods for the coffee machine. No refresh of towels during our stay (we were there 5 nights)

Great value for money!

Park Life Condesa is in a fantastic location and the rooms are incredibly spacious and have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, great A/C system for those hot summer days, quiet and clean. There are no real amenities and the service is okay but it's a great value for money. You don't need anything else.

Again, the service is okay and the "gym" is tiny but that's not what you're paying for, so we didn't really care.

Will not be staying there even though it was super clean and very stylishly decorated. such a shame

the noise from the street up to 2 am and then starting from 5:30 am was unbearable. though I understand this was out of the hotel's control, at a minimum they had to have priced the room accordingly. this is unfair to pay for a room that you feel like you are in the middle of a street same as the rooms that are on the other floor s and potentially more shielded to the outside noise. i did raise my concern and all I got was a polite shoulder shrug.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable

Park Life Condesa is in a brilliant location—right in the heart of Condesa, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and green spaces. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. It’s a perfect base for exploring Mexico City.

There is a school next door, so it can get a bit noisy in the mornings during the week. However, the noise is quite tolerable and didn’t significantly affect my stay.

Shower was only ever luke warm and the warm water ran out very quickly, the WiFi didn't work in the bedroom, there was so much street noise we could hear from the bedroom, the room wasn't serviced

The rooms looked modern and clean

The ac was not working and it got really hot in the room. The only employee there was lost and did not know how to check in persons. Also he stated that since the ac did not work they had fans but once we checked in and came back out of the room to get one he stated that the office was closed and they could not provide a fan anymore.

Disappointing for the money

The bed was massive, biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. 24 hour security so we felt safe at all times.

Had 2 coffee pods in our room on arrival but no sugar or milk etc. & no kettle, just the coffee machine. Turns out that the 2 pods we had was it, any other pods were chargeable! We stayed 5 nights & housekeeping emptied our bins on a daily basis but that was it! No bedding change & no changing over of our tiny bath towels! We even had to ask for a new toilet roll as there was only one in our bathroom. Our room was overlooking a massive university that started super early so with that & being so close to the massive main road, it was extremely noisy from around 7am in the mornings!

Pleasant

Location is very good. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.

The huge construction site right behind the wall. In the interior, the entire surface of the walls is cement - not covered with anything - neither with wallpaper nor with a reserve composition, therefore it is very stuffy and smells of cement. Complete lack of soundproofing. You can hear the busy street perfectly from 5 am to 11 pm. 10 meters opposite is the university - all students speak and gather under the windows. You can hear every word from the office.

Not terrible but I would not stay there again.

Huge comfy bed, quality sheets and towels, clean and modern rooms and building. Great location with street food, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. Most of the staff was pleasant.

An airport shuttle (pick up and drop off) was listed under amenities, but after I booked my non-refundable reservation and wanted to arrange for airport pick-up they told me to take a taxi. The taxi line was 2 hours. There is no airport shuttle. They can call a taxi to drop you off at the airport and charge double for it but that’s it. The kitchen seems efficient but it’s lacking essentials that make it usable, like paper towels or a kitchen towel, and no drying rack so it’s difficult to wash and dry dishes. No salt/pepper or utensils like a spatula or corkscrew. I was only there a week, so I did not want to buy my own. The bar stools are too high for the bar so, while it looks cute, this is wasted space. They do not provide face towels (only hand towels) and I was told they didn’t have any, but I found a display of them in the gym. They asked the first day if I wanted my room cleaned, I said no. They cleaned my room anyway while I was out. She threw out an item that was not garbage, nothing major but it made me worry about what else she threw away. I put a DND sign on my door for the rest of my stay. Hotel staff should never make assumptions about what is garbage. They should only empty the bins. The free coffee in the lobby would have been a nice touch but the machine was either not working or they were out of coffee the whole time I was there. Finally, 4 days after I checked out, they sent a message saying I owe a 2.9% commission for paying with American Express. This was never explained to me at the time I checked in. I would have gladly used a different card.

Great space, comfy bed at good price

The accommodation was great. Very new and clean with a super large, extremely comfy bed. The roof terrace was lovely and it was a real bonus to be able to do our laundry. The staff were very helpful and security conscious. The location was a little off the main drag, but it was easy to walk to restaurants and the metro. There could be a bit of noise from students hanging out in front of the uni across the road and a bit of traffic noise, but it all dropped off at a reasonable hour and certainly didn't interrupt sleep. It was a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book to go back there.

Don’t bother - it’s just faceless dirty money grabbing hotel.

The rooftop terrace is cool and the location is walking distance to many good restaurants.

LOUD. This place was so noisy I could barely think. First off the walls are paper thin; you can hear everything the other guests are doing. Also the windows are not sound proof. We were on the top floor and you could hear entire conversations on the street below. The bathroom made no sense at all, giant swinging glass door into the shower that got stuck constantly on the floor and the giant rainfall shower head was totally out of proportion. Chipped paint and wood work. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and a poo smear on the wall near the garbage can. No ironing board and the safe was broken. Top it all off we were told we could check in an hour early through messages and when we arrived we were charged $200 pesos to do so even though the room was empty and “cleaned” already. The staff varied in their level of friendliness - the woman who checked us in would not answer us when we said good morning. Don’t stay here. There are better places at better prices in Roma Norte.

Be Mate is a great place to stay if you want to be in proximity of Condesa and Roma. The apartment loft I stayed in had a great view with a spacious living room. Great rooftop!

Tricky access door lock. I was stuck outside for at least 15 minutes at a time. It took some heavy thinking before I figured out how it worked. The shower door in the bathroom does not seem to work like it should. I had to wiggle myself in and stand back to close it. Bad design?

Hotel provides all amenities necessary for long stay. Two big grocery stores nearby, walking distance to the parks, easy access to public transportation.

Cleaning once per 5 days only, good vacuum highly needed.
