We have to move to another property the second day because they didn't have more rooms available.

The property has excelent location

The room was beside the boilers and we couldn't sleep for the high noise provided for off and on of the equipment. The property knows about this problems and kept rented this room.

Mensonge et bruit !

•Emplacement •Personnels très gentil

• Gros problème d’isolation, nous étions au 3 eme , le soir comme des machines à laver en marche , les voisins un bruit pas possible , télé à fond , puis à 6:30 du matin ça parle fort , claque des portes … • La surprise du " bon petit déjeuner " , inexistant le samedi matin , inexistant le dimanche , puis le lundi dès céréales … et un yaourt…. J’ai écris au SAV Booking , sans réponse , l’hôtel , ou plutôt appartement louer comme hôtel , me disent désolé , si vous souhaitez vous pouvez mettre une note … et notre déjeuner est continentale… donc belle publicité mensongère car nous avons réservé cette établissement car il propose un " un bon petit déjeuner " Bref pour un prix élevé vous avez largement mieux avec un vrai petit déjeuner.

お部屋がすごく清潔でした。スタッフも感じがよかったです。英語が話せるスタッフが1人でもいてくれたのが安心でした。入り口に24時間警備(門番)さんがいてくれたのも安心でした。洗濯機を無料で使えたのもよかった。

朝食が軽食すぎて少し残念でした。あと、たまたまだったと思いますが、静かなエリアのはずが夜中1時半までどんちゃん騒ぎがあり、その夜は眠れませんでした。

La limpieza podría mejorar habían algunos cabellos en la cama. A si como que tiene un aviso de clausurado pero sigue funcionando. También deberían advertir que solicitan datos de tu tarjeta de crédito como garantía.

El bien gusto del depto. y de sus amueblado, lo amable del personal, la seguridad.

Que desde las 11 pm hasta las 4 am, había unos huéspedes haciendo mucho escándalo y con el volumen sumamente alto y nadie les llamó la atención y nos desvelaron.

Esta en una zona tranquila y padrísima.

Que el alojamiento no cumple con lo establecido previamente; no tuve acceso al estacionamiento y el personal no dio alguna opción y solución. La reservación incluida desayuno el cual tampoco fue proporcionado por el alojamiento.

La cama no está muy buena, el colchón está muy duro. Que no tengan Netflix y que a pesar de que te digan que hay estacionamiento al llegar me dijeron que no.

Buena aunque un tanto decepcionante pagar por un desayuno q no se incluyó nunca.

Nunca pudimos acceder al desayuno porque no estaba disponible a las 7:00 AM como indican y nuestros paseos iniciaban a las 7:30 generalmente.

Que no se informase que estaban cambiando la caldera/bomba del agua, lo que provocaba un ruido constante y variable en intensidad tanto por su funcionamiento como por la demora en llenar los estanques. Debimos cambiarnos de habitación a un piso más abajo para poder dormir y aún así se sentía el ruido constante.

Mala experiencia, guardia y limpieza super amables, la recepcionista intenta ser amable, no lo logra

La ubicacion y por fuera todo se veia bien, nunca llegamos a entrar a las habitaciones.

Tenia sellos de clausurado por el municipio y ellos afirmaron que no era nada, pero al parecer tiene que ver con que no respetan tarifas y se rentan como Hotel pero en realidad son viviendas. No hay estacionamiento gratis aunque lo pone en la descripción de booking y por la mascota de cobran lo mismo que por 2 adultos más de $2000 pesos mexicanos. Al final preferimos hospedarnos en otro lugar donde no abusaran con el precio de las mascotas y el estacionamiento, aunque pedimos la devolución, no quisieron, pero xs mejor nos fuimos a otro lugar.

Le bruit. Il y a eu un problème avec l eau chaude. Ils ont fait intervenir un réparateur rapidement mais nous avons demander à changer de chambre car il y avait trop de bruit au niveau des canalisations d eau !

Excelente opción en ubicación perfecta

El apartamento tal cual en las fotos, limopieza excelente, personal muy amable, equipado suficiente para estadia, todo limpio y nuevo. Buen Internet. Ubicación excelente para salir a pie a los alrededores a pie o bicicleta que ellos mismos tienen, lugar muy seguro y agradable. El personal muy amable, siempre apoyando.

Justo al lado están construyendo edificio, el ruido es bastante de 7am a 6pm, lunes a viernes. El agua caliente cuesta graduarla, si se puede pero cuesta, o fria o muy caliente. Las cortinas del cuarto a pesar que hay doble cortina blackout se cuela luz enmedio ya que es de 2 piezas. Menciono estos detalles pero Con todo esto, la estancia es genial.
