Good value in a good location, excellent staff and 24/7 security.

This property is well located, just off the main street with the expensive hotels.

One of our 2 showers was very difficult to adjust. It did not work as described in the provided video. We were there 5 nights and it took 2 nights to figure out how to adjust it so it worked well. Probably wasted enough water for 6 or 7 showers while figuring it out. The other shower worked fine.

We arrived early and were told that our room was getting cleaned, however, after checking in, bed sheets and kitchen were dirty. They had put a QR code linked to a video explaining how to use the hot water, however, it never worked properly, it was either extremely hot or cold.

This hotel offers extremely good value for price. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The people working in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. One workman at the desk, purchased an umbrella for me and had it delivered to the hotel. I reimbursed him. The laundry facilities were extremely helpful since I had been traveling for almost three weeks and needed to wash my clothes. The room was small yet big enough to have everything I required. The bed was extremely comfortable.

My key card wasn't available for me when I arrived at the hotel. Also, the hotel is located on a busy and rather noisy street. But bring earplugs and you will be fine.

Location was great, perfect in general but specially for the purpose of my trip.

The apartment wasn’t clean when I arrived. There hairs all over from the previous guest or guests. It really seemed it had not been cleaned, that they had just made the bed. There dirty clothes from the previous guest in a drawer, I went downstairs to tell them but nobody came to get them, they were still there when I left. There were also no towels in the apartment when I arrived. Plus the apartment is extremely hot. There was a Nespresso machine but it didn’t work. The refrigerator is very noisy.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia con ellos y con booking. Cuando cogimos el alojamiento nos ponía que todo estaba incluido (comidas y algunas bebidas). Nuestra sorpresa viene cuando días antes nos ponemos en contacto con el alojamiento para confirmar condiciones y nos comunican que no tienen ese servicio. Ni booking ni el alojamiento se han hecho responsables. Estamos indignados.

A wonderful apartment in Polanco

A wonderful apartment in Polanco. We stayed in the apartment for about a week and enjoyed it very much. The aparthotel is located in the heart of Polanco, close to Masaryk Avenue, Lincoln Park, and the Antara and Palacio de Hierro shopping centers. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a coffee machine, blender, oven, refrigerator, etc., so you can cook, and there is a nearby OXXO for groceries. The apartment has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a coffee. On the 10th floor, there is a rooftop area where you can work out in the morning or get some work done. They take great care of cleanliness, and the service is excellent. We would like to highlight Adriana, Flor, and Montserrat for providing excellent service. We originally planned to stay for fewer days, but the apartment perfectly met all our needs. We will definitely return. Un departamento maravilloso en Polanco. Nos quedamos en el departamento por aproximadamente una semana y lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El hotel de departamentos está ubicado en el corazón de Polanco, cerca de la avenida Masaryk, del Parque Lincoln y de los centros comerciales Antara y Palacio de Hierro. El departamento es amplio y está muy bien equipado con cafetera, licuadora, horno, refrigerador, etc., así que se puede cocinar, y hay un OXXO cercano para hacer compras. El departamento tiene un balcón muy agradable donde se puede tomar un café. En el piso 10 hay una zona en la azotea donde se puede hacer ejercicio por la mañana o trabajar. Cuidan muy bien la limpieza y el servicio es excelente. Queremos destacar a Adriana, Flor y Montserrat por su excelente atención. Planeábamos quedarnos menos días, pero el departamento cumplió perfectamente con todas nuestras necesidades. Sin duda volveremos.

Buena ubicación, con un café muy rico a una cuadra y todos los servicios de Polanco cerca. Linda decoración, instalaciones cuidadas, amplias y limpias.

Podrían tener una recepción las 24 horas. La iluminación de las habitaciones, les faltaría una lampara de lectura. o poder regular la luz. En la noche apagadas las luces, aún tiene claridad la habitación.

Muy cómodo y limpio. Ubicación excelente, el depa espacioso y con luz.

La regadera nos falló varias veces. No salía el agua caliente, una vez se nos fue por completo el agua, luego salía helada, luego hirviendo, incluso con las instrucciones no logramos regularla etc. muy incómodo cuando llegas de un largo día y solo quieres llegar a bañarte y dormir, o cuando estás por salir a un evento. Pero todo lo demás bien, incluso regresamos unos días después porque nos gusto mucho pero la segunda vez nos tocó una habitación un poco descuidada, le falta mantenimiento y en esta segunda de plano la regadera no la pudimos controlar, pero era de madrugada, veníamos de un viaje para ir a otro, estábamos cansados y nos íbamos al día siguiente así que ya no lo pude reportar.

La ubicacion

La atencion. La habitacion comenzó a inundarse desde el techo y no habia nadie para hablar para arreglar la urgencia. La construcción era mala. Toda en seco y de mala calidad. La atencion al cliente pesima. El ingreso complicado, porque la guardia de seguridad que tenia que recibirme (el lugar no tiene recepción) estaba durmiendo. El lugar no tiene amenities mas alla de una terraza.

Los cuartos son muy basicos, no tiene gym, no corre el aire en el cuarto sino abres las ventanas, la luz del cuarto es terrible porque es muy blanca e intensa y no hay un modo sutil para cuando solo quieres ver la tele un rato tranquilo

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion y la limpieza del lugar, ademas de que las personas que nos atendieron fueron bastante amables, y el lugar estaba muy bien equipado

No hay muchas quejas, solo 3 cosas, en el baño la ventilacion hacia mucho ruido, las luces de la parte de la cocina del lugar parecen no funcionar muy bien, aunque no me genero mucho problema, y la television estaba fallando bastante, use youtube asi que no me genero mucha incomodidad, pero si hubiese querido usar algo mas o ver la tele hubiese sido un problema
