Location inside the shopping mall

Location outside the shopping mall very bad. In addition, inadequate for a hotel with such a price to charge extra for an espresso at breakfast. Besides the extra cost, which is also extremly high for an espresso, I as a business traveller need to do a fast checkout; i.e. without payment. And not with an additional payment of USD5 and then get a separate invoice for an espresso. Simply not the same level of professionalism I can see at other hotels.

Attentive staff with an excellent restaurant whose presentation of food was outstanding.

The staff members throughout the hotel, from the front desk to the bellhops to the concierge desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping, staff were extremely professional, friendly, courteous, and willing to help you everything that you needed.

The mattress in the room was very soft and had a deep depression on one side.

Very good service and cuisine.

This hotel has all I need for a business trip. The services, comfort and location are very good. Few minutes from the City Banamex Center, and just inside the Toreo Shopping Center with all the options of food and shopping. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant has a very good cuisine with a very good service. I will continue coming here on my trips to CDMX.

Not as expected

Very nice breakfast, wide variety of foods.

Booked a room for 2 people. (With breakfast included) , first morning when we went down to have breakfast they told us to pay 365 mex pesos to have a 2nd breakfast, as in the price there is included only the breakfast of one person not for two. On the 2nd day, there was a sewage smell in the hallway the whole day, it was fixed later on but was terrible.

Nice room, comfy bed, incredible breakfast

we couldn’t change the temperature in the room and woke up at 3am because the room was so warm. we had to call the reception twice, then they sent someone. Communication was alltogether not ideal.

The surroundings and the access to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no clear indication I had arrived and no clear way to the reception. There was no one to guide me.
