Conveniently located on a quiet street. Great staff to help you with what you might need. Nice to have a small kitchen to cook a small breakfast, snack, or whatever you want. I loved the fact that I did not have to worry about whether or not my shower in the morning was going to have hot water (for my many times in Mexico City this has been an issue in the past at even finer hotels). Restaurants abound in the area. A very perfect spot.

The toilet paper. Kind of funny but I think this is just something that is just me complaining.

Well-run, clean, modern apartment on a quiet street in Polanco

This apartment worked well for the two of us for a long weekend (four night) stay. It was well located on a quiet tree-lined street. Several restaurants were just around the corner and plenty in the larger neighborhood (within a 5-10 minute walk). Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Everything in the apartment was clean and in good working order. Bathrooms and showers were comfortably sized with plenty of hot water. Furnishings were basic, modern and well-maintained. The small street-facing balcony was nice for sitting with coffee or making a call. Beds were comfortable. WIFI was fine. Getting the door code was fine and easy to figure out. Air conditioning was nice to have. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us; might be a little cozy for four.

Had a small problem with entering a code for the in-room safe, but the front desk gave us a physical key, so all was well. It would have been nice to have a daily ration of Nespresso cups for the in-room machine. We couldn't find the right size cups at the grocer, but a couple of coffee (and pastry) shops were right around the corner. Lighting over the table in the living/dining area could have been brighter. We were neither working nor eating in the room during our short stay, so the table lighting wasn't a big issue for us.

Great stay

Excellent position far from the noise, but few steps away from restaurant and Lincoln park. The staff is very nice, always to support you when needed. The room was spacious and very clean. I have been here already a few times, and I will use Uliv Parque Lincoln again.

Great place to stay in the heart of Polanco. Near lots of restaurants ☺️

The property is located next to Polanquito, which is perfect as it has restaurants, Antara and all stores walking distance. The building is perfect, it has a gym which has you need to work out. The room is spacious, very clean and I really liked the design. The bed is very comfortable. TV has Netflix, I give that a huge plus. The staff is very friendly.

Nice and cozy place at Polanco

Clean, quiet and in a safe area in Mexico City where you can find restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, cafés, apps and public transportation. As the whole neighboorhood is also a business area in the morning you can find it a bit noisy in the streets, that doesn't happen in ULIV Suites.

the lack of comunication with the reception, I filled out my check in forms and the guy in the main entrance didn't allow me to enter, I had to call to the company assistant to help me to tell this person that we already had made all the process.

It was very very good. The only small things to criticize: bathroom sinks seem a little clogged, turning water on full caused them to fill up. There was also no small hand towels supplied in the bathroom. Also although there was excellent complimentary coffee, there was no tea nor kettle.

Responsive staff addressed all our queries, and the spacious rooms comfortably accommodated two people. For tourist purposes I would rather recomend to stay in Condosa area.

Big terrace, what we could not use due to cold weather. Multiple nice places to eat within wallking distance (breakfast, dinner).

1. Very cold stay in begining of January, no heating options. 2. Very small living area: We selected 108 sq m appartment, but it was the same size as smaller rooms (to dimentions was included terrace). 3. Our bedding was not clean (hairs, stains). 4. Floor of the room was not clean as well (dust, hairs).

Nice neighbourhood but far from everything else

The neighborhood was very nice but it was far from all tourist attractions. Next time I would choose an area closer to the center

I was there for 6 nights.They had a coffee machine and provided two coffee capsules. When I asked for more they said they do not provide more than two complementary and they did not have any for sale. They asked me to go to Walmart and buy them!!!!!!
