A delightful boutique hotel located in the heart of Polanco, a stroll from great stores and food.

A lovely boutique hotel with spacious rooms and suites -- and the ability to combine rooms into even bigger suites. Indoor and outdoor dining is available for the homey breakfast served. Clean, functional gym. Only thing missing is a homey bar.

As noted above, a small bar would be nice, although there is complimentary mezcal offered every evening. The breakfast could use some varied offerings on a day to day basis.

It was an excellent and enjoyable holiday

It was a small, elegant, boutique hotel with lots of amenities. What made the difference was the whole staff. From the morning breakfast staff to the front desk staff to the evening staff, to the drivers and the cleaning group. The team makes a great difference!

Amazing Boutique Luxury Hotel.

This is an amazing boutique luxury hotel in the Polanco area of Mexico City. I would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 5 and took 3 rooms. Our rooms were all gorgeous, comfortable and spacious. My room in particular (Deluxe King suite) was the size of a small apartment and was fantastic. The bathrooms are large and the shower pressure is fabulous. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was turndown service in the late afternoon. The staff is amazing and attentive. Although there is no restaurant, the hotel offers a very nice breakfast as part of the room rate, and brings coffee (and whatever else you might need) to your room upon request. The hotel offers a free mescal tasting every evening from 5pm - 10pm and the mescal is really good. There is also a hotel car that will shuttle you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel - e.g., anywhere within the Polanco area.

There was absolutely nothing about the hotel that we did not like. The hotel is amazing. The only downside to the hotel is that it is far from the Centro Historico (the downtown area) and traffic in Mexico City is HORRENDOUS. It might take an hour to go downtown from the hotel during weekdays. One note to the hotel, however: the desk staff wears cologne that is a bit overwhelming. The smell of it fills the lobby and is not comfortable.

Outstanding stay that exceeded expectations.

The common areas were impeccable and very tastefully decorated. Room was very comfortable, beautiful and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of items. Also a nice gym.

Superseded my expectations--excellent stay and will definitely be back!

Pros: Quiet and boutique. 40's-meets-modern aesthetic and décor. Staff were very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The room was literally a full apartment with a living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and balcony. The room temperature was great and the bed/pillows were a dream. The shower area was huge and boasted two shower heads with excellent water pressure. Despite having no restaurant on site, breakfast was simple, yet delicious. Gym is very clean and adequate, witha nice view of the neighboring park. Location is great in the glitzy Polanco neighborhood.

Con: There is no restaurant or pool in the hotel.

A Serene Oasis!

Campos Polanco was a serene oasis! It was beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful and kind, and the breakfast was fantastic-- the chef came out and explained everything to us, all of which was homemade. Cannot say enough-- we loved it!

Loved this beautiful intimate hotel

We loved the design and layout of property. It’s beautiful, elegantly decorated and small which we prefer. The breakfast room and outdoor space are lovely. Front desk staff very helpful and location perfect.

Breakfast staff 2 of the 4 mornings not great. Very slow and not friendly. Firmer pillows would have been nice.

I fell in love with Mexico city and this beautiful experience contributed to it!

This hotel is a gem in terms of luxury, Interior Design and customer service. Everything has been well thought out so that you can have a wonderful stay there. The location is ideal as well, situated in a secluded and quiet neighborhood but easily accessible from other parts of the city. The breakfast was extraordinary and it allowed me to have a taste of refined Mexican flavors. I was also impressed with the conciergerie service which was of a high standard and so efficient! They know everything about the city and in terms of activities, providing you with different options. They are also available whenever needed. Bravo! I will highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Mexico city off the beaten track!

We loved the property. The room was lovely and well appointed. The common spaces were beautiful. We really enjoyed spending time in some of them. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Schöne "Pension", sehr gute Lage, grosse und saubere Zimmer.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer, sehr sauber. Am Abend fanden wir immer eine Überraschung auf unserem Kopfkissen, am ersten Abend sogar ein "Sorgenpüppchen" (muñecas quitapenas). Feines Frühstück, der Koch gab sich viel Mühe.

Das Personal an der Reception war zwar nett, aber machte keinen sonderlich motivierten Eindruck. Wichtig zu wissen: Es ist eher eine Pension und kein Hotel, da keine Restaurants oder eine Bar vorhanden sind. Wenn man spät zum Frühstück kommt, hat es nicht mehr viel übrig.
