Hotel Black Boutique

Loved the decor and room. Very comfortable. One of the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

The safe in one of the rooms did not work. Wish their receptionist spoke more English. The one guy tried his best and was really amazing. We had to switch rooms because something or the other in the room was not working or good. Wish they sent the facilities people to do thorough checks on each room to see what needs to be fixed or fix the problems after the customers complain. They do not provide water in each room, we have to go down to the reception and pick up the water battles ourselves. Never had to do that at other hotels.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was very good value. The free drinks were appreciated. Breakfast was always very nice. The hotel tries very hard. The artwork and decorations were interesting.

The use of the app to open doors and the the lift was annoying. The front door is far too slow to open.

Windows need to be better sound proof, since it's located next to a busy avenue during night time.

Very goood location near restaurants and stores, the staff is friendly, breakfast is very good. Area is very safe so you won't worry about bout that.

The location is not family friendly since there is prostitution around at night (around 8pm and forward). The staff is correct but never informed me about the hotel facilities, I never know they had a gym. The rooms are old, there is few sockets for connect your devices near the bed, and not USB ports anywhere. The forniture Is old. The decorations are over charged with old stuff and for some reason pianos so you will love or hate that. Overall it's barely a 4 stars and closer to 3 Stars.
