Loved the decor and room. Very comfortable. One of the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

The safe in one of the rooms did not work. Wish their receptionist spoke more English. The one guy tried his best and was really amazing. We had to switch rooms because something or the other in the room was not working or good. Wish they sent the facilities people to do thorough checks on each room to see what needs to be fixed or fix the problems after the customers complain. They do not provide water in each room, we have to go down to the reception and pick up the water battles ourselves. Never had to do that at other hotels.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was very good value. The free drinks were appreciated. Breakfast was always very nice. The hotel tries very hard. The artwork and decorations were interesting.

The use of the app to open doors and the the lift was annoying. The front door is far too slow to open.

Interesante la tema del hotel algo diferente y cool

Mucho ruido en la noche por el calle al frente, tráfico y grupos de gente 2-4am borrachos y motos me parece. Recomendó aplica alguna inversión como ventanas doble hoja para eliminar ruido. La limpieza y condición de las cuartos arriba no era la mejor.
