The apartment was more than gréât ! Spacious ànd clean in à very nide building ! The only negative thing I could find could be the noise from outside as the part meant was facing à street of bars so the noise of the music was loud and disturbing till quite late

Great location and beautiful apartment but the communication with anyone is very poor. I was afraid of running into any issues because contacting anyone was nearly impossible. Other than that, the place is in a great location despite the noise.

I recently stayed and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the space itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious — definitely one of the more stylish places I’ve stayed in for this price range. It had a modern feel and plenty of room to spread out and relax. However, cleanliness was an issue. The unit didn't feel thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, with noticeable dust and some areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. Additionally, the noise level was a major downside. There’s a club or bar right outside, and the music and crowd noise went late into the night, making it really difficult to sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper or planning to go out and enjoy the nightlife yourself, this might not bother you. But if you’re looking for a quiet, restful stay, you might want to consider other options. The potential is there, but the noise and cleanliness need to be addressed.

DO NOT BOOK- this place advertises AC and it does not work! If you try to contact them there will no response. It’s a big apartment with a Portable AC that doesn’t work… the temperature inside reached 85/29C, even with curtains drawn and the place being pitch dark we couldn’t bring the temperature down. The lady at the lobby is rude if you try to book a time to go to pool.. cause you have to make a reservation 24hrs in advance to use it lol. They said if there was availability at the pool they could accommodate, we asked nicely at 11am and she rolled her eyes pulled a list that had ONE name, she said we could use it at 7pm. This place is a joke! So many other beautiful places in Mexico City to stay, I recommend you stay far away from here if you enjoy comfort and bare minimum customer service. We had booked 4 nights and left after the first one.

The area the unit is located in is very walkable, and has really great nightlife. I stayed out late, so that was convenient. If I wanted tranquility, this would not be the place. Kudos for having ear plugs bedside. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed to cook in unit. HUGE closet. The design element was really cool. There was normal wear and tear in the apartment. The biggest complaint was the AC unit was a little unit that could not keep up with the space. The temps were higher than average and the space was up to 87 degrees at peak day.

I had high hopes for this appart-hotel as the flat itself was very nice and clean, with modern decor. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall. First of all, there’s no air conditioning — which would be fine if it weren’t so warm inside. Instead, they provide a fan that not only doesn’t help much but also makes quite a bit of noise, making it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the surroundings are a bit noisy too. Communication was for me the major issue. There is no real reception — it’s all virtual. I tried to reach them via phone and through the Expedia messaging system, but got no response. Only later did I find out that they’re only reachable via WhatsApp, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere clearly. Even then, they weren’t very helpful, they couldn’t even find my reservation with my name, reservation preference and apartment number— mostly just sent apologies but didn’t actually resolve anything since I was seeking for a simple they use, or switched to an order apartment without waiting time, but it was impossible while they have a plenty of availabilities. Overall, this place could have potential, but the lack of proper communication, no airco, and the uncomfortable sleeping conditions made it a frustrating experience.

Now the Accommodations: (deluxe apartment) was really good, fast WiFi, huge HDTV, fully functional kitchen, bed comfortable and the amenities were like at home so very nice. The only negative (depending on season of your visit) is that my unit didn’t have central air and had only ONE portable a/c for the entire cooling. Apartment never dipping under 71’ degrees and ran 4 1/2 days straight never shutting off. So if it was the dead of summer? I can only imagine that would not be possible to keep apartment temperature comfortable. Besides that, stay was wonderful and would stay again as well as recommend.

The place on its own is fantastic. Great neighborhood, access control and security to the apartment, the views. It's the little details in the apartment that makes it feel it could considerable improved. Electrical plugs broken, subpar internet service, broken handles in the restroom.

This is not a hotel, not even close to being a hotel. This is a few studio apartment rooms managed by someone on Whatsapp so it's impossible to get any type of service or answers. The property was not clean. Everything felt sticky and there was lots of hair on towels and pillows. The AC unit was not working properly, it was incredibly loud so we turned it off but then had to deal with the heat and didn't sleep well at night. Very disappointing.

This property was in a great location and I had high expectations for this stay. The unit itself is very unique and nice. When I arrived at the property, the portable A/C unit was off and the temperature in the room was 36C and did not go lower than 28C the next day. I had to look for another property because of these conditions.

Air conditioning was broke. Over 90 degrees in the room. They did nothing and did not move me. Eventually left and paid for another room Tried to get a refund but their customer service kept blathering about protocol. A hard no.

There are opportunities for improvement in the general conditions and cleaning. Main bedroom on suite door was broken, dust in some areas, dirty light switches, air conditioning hot air exhaust duct broken. This is a very good property, but requires greater attention to be a 5 star place. I took photos in case you are interested.

Very nice, very clean and spacious. convenient for transportation and plenty of places around to eat. The only negative was it was a bit warm when we visited Mexico City and the AC unit is not rated to cool that big of space. It can also be a bit noisy too if the windows stay open to cool the place. But overall was satisfied with my stay.

The booking platforms do not say anything about NOT having AC in the units. The have portable ones that they place in the living area and does not reach the bedroom. It was hot both nights and the staff we were texting with did not help. Its a shame and a rip off to do this. Also the washer didnt work, it took over a day for someone to come look at it. And as you enter the apartment, there was a wooden plank broken with nails sticking out. We ended up cancelling the following 3 days

Very nice suite. Well located, well furnished, ample and overall very nice. Checkin with platform was a headache. Arrived late due to flight delay and spent 44 minutes tring to upload documents ans fill out info i keeded to look up. On day 2 i got a car and had key cars in room and was not allowed access by front desk until platform confirmed. Theae was no fields on platform to request space. Went for dinner and had to pay for.parking since could not park car on property. Finally resolved complaining via email, but it should not be this difficult.

I had a problem at the arrival, so i want to cancel. Only a concierge was there and it took one hour to reach someone. She told me that she will be ok to cancel the booking, but i have to contact Expedia. I did reach Expedia, butbthey have to have the authorization from the hotel. After 2 days, the hotel doesn't respond to Expedia so they have to cancel my request. Very frustrated and not a good service fron that hotel ...

Location is great. The apartment was not clean at all. We found hair on shower wall, on beds and the floor was not swept or mop. Also, the towels were old and bed covers, too.
