Disappointing, Terrible NOT RECOMMENDED

Not anything to like, it was disgusting and we had to move out.

Everything was old and dirty including the towels and the place needed a Refurb.

nice place to stay for maybe a couples of day if you need to do something quickly. Is a easy walk from many good places.

it was an easy check-in process. the bed and the room were quite of a good size. it has a small living room before entering into the bedroom. the bathroom was okay, nothing spectacular. It’s located a walking distance from anthropology museum, supermarket, pharmacies, a LOT of food options around it.

the kitchen area is quite small, only have a microwave, there is no fridge so you cannot buy that needs to go in the fridge. some areas in general look old, there is no AC (the property don’t even mention, so you must assume they don’t have one), only a small fan (mexico city is kind of warm).

good value - LOCATION IS GREAT

Honestly, for the price i paid, it was a good value! LOCATION was great, relatively quiet, clean and next to Mexican restaurants makes it easy to grab a bite.

I wished the bed would has been better, more comfortable and the bathroom more updated. besides that all good for the price. For sure no a luxury place.

Horrible experience!! Don’t recommend especially if you are planning on getting there at night!

I booked a week before so I would have everything ready once I got to Mexico City with my mom who is elderly!!! My flight was delayed so I ended getting there at 10pm everything was locked they would not answer my phone calls or text messages I waited a hour outside for someone to call me back to give me the code to then go back inside where the front desk was all dusty and smelly nothing like the picture!!!! They asked me to look through furniture and all secret location for the room cards until I finally had one that opens up a room I did not select, yet they charged me the same price it’s RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is GARBAGE!!!

Customer service!! They could have mentioned that they have no receptionist at time that the receptionist leave when ever they want and they don’t even pick up there messages or phones!!!!!
