    The hotel is now called Colony Residences&Suites, but I had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Roma Norte/Condesa. The staff was super nice and supporting, they allowed me to change my room to a quiet one. Very clean, great amenities! Actually a good 4* hotel for a bargain!

    I arrived to the hotel at 230pm, prior to that getting lost with the Uber driver because there is no more HIVE hotel but now called colony residency and suites. Take note of this. Upon arrival front desk said room would be ready at 3pm. So I walked around despite feeling sick because room was not ready. At 445pm I arrived and the room was still not ready and *** front desk requested I wait another 20min. This was uncommon for me that a hotel is not prepared that late. He said that his manager said that I could have a full refund if I did not want to wait longer. And so I looked for another place with reassurance that they will give a refund. Until now agoda has not gotten any word from them and they haven't answered any of my emails. They also charge a 1000 mexican peso deposit which he said they would return to my card but haven'tn I usually dont write bad reviews but its been 5 days and they still haven't refunded me. Really sad. Great location Tho.
