Disappointed for a 4 star property. No compensation for the broken TV, and felt like we were given a hotel room under ma

The property was centrally located.

Broken TV, room door entrance was chiseled, 3/6 lights functioning properly, bathroom towel with small stains, was advised early check in would be half price when I called before hand, when I got there was told it was a full nights price

Very comfortable

Very comfortable bed & excellent shower. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good gym. Room at the back was quiet, no road noise.

There was a mild smell of sewage in the building, but this seemed pretty common when walking around the city, so it didn't detract from a very comfortable stay.

Great for everything except sleeping...

The room was large with all of the facilities we needed. The gym had a good range of equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was very small and pushed up against a wall, so not ideal for 2 people. The road noise was extremely loud despite us being on the 9th floor.

Great location! Easy to find, a retsaurants, cafes, shops and bakeries are walking distance. It's also not far from the airport and in its in a central location, close to many attractions. I loved about it that you can walk places rather than needing to uber a lot.

Great experience

Property was modern, clean and spacious. We also had access to a coffee machine and a kitchenette. Staff were also very supportive and kind.

I personally didn’t understand why there were old pictures of families in the hotel. Also, the hotel was not sound proof, so we heard every noise in the morning, although that seems to be common with the buildings in CDMX.

I would not go back but you decide.

The location was in a good spot, accessible to many things.

Even after I had staff try and fix the shower, it flooded the bathroom area after every shower. Housekeeping was poor and basically just made the bed and emptied trash during 7 day stay. Fire alarm went off about 8 times one night, twice about 2 am, and 6 more times between 6 and 7 am. A/C broke the last night, right before bed so I had to open window and listen to cars drive by and if you have ever been to Mexico City, they honk their horns continuously as a way to communicate to other drivers. Very noisy and echoing hallways. This is the only review I have ever giving and it's because of the things above. Staff was pleasant, but indifferent about the fire alarm incident. I was upset and they just didn't seem to understand.

Great Stay!

The location and the room were wonderful! The traffic noise was very minimal, in comparison to another hotel we had stayed in 1/2 a block down the same street. The vibe was old family photos on the walls to pull through the "Hive" theme- super cute. The staff was lovely and accommodating, as I had booked the wrong sized room and we came in very late. They upgraded the room free of charge with late checkout, and held our luggage the next day whilst we were at lunch.

The hotel is newly renovated, so the lobby was just being worked on. No noise, just scaffolding set up and a bit of dust. There was no roof access for the same reason.

A clean, comfortable hotel with excellent facilities in a safe, convenient location

A spacious, clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished room in a very convenient location that felt safe. The wifi was fast, the shower was powerful, the staff were very helpful with directions and helping to organise tours, and the views of the city from the 8th floor were great!

The bed was slightly hard and the doors were a little bit noisy when opening and closing. There didn't seem to be any carpets around, which is good for cleanliness but not quite so good for muffling sound. The room wasn't cheap, either, but you get what you pay for. All these criticisms are very minor, however. Overall l was extremely happy and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay in whenever you visit Mexico City. Good location, comfortable & clean room, and awesome employees ! Definitely will stay here again next time I come back.

The hotel is located in a good area so it has potential but I will NOT be staying during my next visit to Mexico City.

Location is important and this hotel is located in a good area. It’s a recently opened boutique with a total of 12 floors. The rooftop bar was under construction during my stay. The hotel staff were super welcoming.

Issues: The front desk staff crew were great but the cleaning staff didn’t care about the quality of their work. There was dust EVERYWHERE in the room, the trash cans were filled with garbage upon initially entering and the floors weren’t properly swept. The worst part was when I returned from a full day of activities and realized the cleaning crew didn’t even show up for the day. I requested clean towels from the front desk staff. The front desk should be trained on dealing with conflicts because the solution proposed to me was “we can offer you a late check out” The hotel room doesn't come equipped with an iron or hairdryer, so you have to ask and hope they have one. There is a ton of noise from the street outside but there isn’t much the hotel can do about it and I stayed on the 10th floor. There is a small gym on the first floor. Also near the gym there is a random room with chairs exposed to weather so it was wet and filled with leaves from trees. The amenity spaces stayed empty during my entire stay.

Me gusto mucho el lugar pero falta limpieza

El hotel esta super bien ubicado, muy completo con todo lo que necesitas sin embargo acaban de pintar o remodelar la habitacion que nos toco y la misma estaba llena de gypsum y tapes pegados donde acababan de pintar(los que se uban para no manchar) lo cual nos dio aleegia y enfermo, fui 2 veces a comentarlo al lobby y solicitar limpieza pero por mas que arreglaban la cama y baño los lugares con polvo y gypsum quedaron igual hasta que nos fuimos.

Super Ausgangslage um Mexiko City kennenzulernen

Bequemes grosses Bett und grosses Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Top Lage um vieles zu Fuss zu sehen. Nettes Personal.

Teils Abwasser-Geruch im Zimmer und Lärm durch andere Gäste die von Partys Nachhause kamen. Trotzdem würde ich wieder kommen, da die Preisleistung sehr fair war.

Top uitzicht op de 11e verdieping, super schoon, ruime badkamer, gym is goed genoeg, loopafstand metro

Wel een keuken, maar vrijwel geen kookbenodigdheden, zoals kookpannen, snijplank, snijmes, afwasborstel, etc dus koken ging niet. Ook geen balkonnetje oid of iets om je kleren buiten te hangen.

La habitación era grande

El restaurante estaba en mantenimiento, así que no funcionaba, no había nada de servicio de alimentación, lo cual me complico los desayunos, y esto no había sido informado previamente Al llegar, quisieron darme una habitación individual,distinta a la que había reservado en booking, y al decirles, la primera reacción fue que era culpa de booking. Al final me dieron la habitación que había reservado. La entrada y el ascensor tb estuvo en mantenimiento. Hotel bastante frío, no tienen ningún tipo de servicio. La decoración con fotos antiguas incluso sobre la cama bastante lúgubre. Las almohadas muy malas, no pude dormir bien, sin contar el ruido super fuerte incluso de madrugada, parece que las ventanas no estuvieran insonorizadas, tema grave estando al lado de una avenida grande, era muy fuerte incluso estando en piso 8.

Las puertas hacen un ruido bastante alto al cerrarse o abrirse. Los huéspedes que llegaron (o salieron) durante la madrugada generan bastante ruido, lo que impide el descanso.

Localização muito boa, quarto super novo, espaçoso e com decoração agradável. Gostei bastante!

A água do chuveiro as vezes não esquentava o suficiente, mesmo com o comando virado totalmente para o lado da água quente. A água do chuveiro saía do box e molhava o banheiro, mas o tapete dava conta de secar.
