It’s a no return

The receptionist wasn't very welcoming when we arrived... so our first impression was set. Our room shared a kitchen and bathroom with other rooms, which luckily weren't occupied, so we had everything to ourselves. However, the space was in urgent need of maintenance and some basic care. The common areas and our room smelled of old age mixed with tobacco. The carpets in the room were very stained. The breakfast was poor and there was little choice.

Comfortable, very friendly staff, well connected

Breakfast was good, variety of products of good quality, very good bread. Staff was extremely kind and always available. The room although small, very comfortable. Very well connected by train and tram with Zurich town centre

The noise of the tram that passes in front of the hotel was a bit disturbing

Nice and clean

Good location for us, easy to get to the stadion by tram. Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom seemed recently renovated (deluxe room for 3ppl). Breakfast was good. Receptionist on arrival nice and helpful.

No AC! Beds a little stiff. Also, the pillows were sort of empty haha. A bit noisy: traffficed road with tram/streetcar outside.

Right on the number 2 tram in to Zurich. Every 10 minutes. Great breakfast and rooms clean. We stayed here a week for the Ladies Euro football and it was ideal. A tip is that you buy the Zurich Card travel pass as its worth the money. Lots of places to eat on the route in to Zurich too. Supermarkets 100 yards up the road and various restaurants in the town. The bar opposite the hotel has good basic burgers and pizza etc. It was hot when we stayed and the hotel has NO air conditioning but we left windows open to cool us down. Great basic hotel.

I can confirm all the comments of my past stays to this hotel. I rate it 8/10 to be a 3 stars and as usual, knowing well we talk about Switzerland and Zurich, I think the price per night might be a bit lower, that way this hotel might be a "must be" if you stay in Schlieren.

I always stay this hotel when I am in Schlieren

I come to this hotel quite often for business reasons. It is very close to Schlieren station, to restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel is always clean and staff kind and available. Rooms are fine and clean and enough big with main comforts (shower, soaps, hairdryer, lockbox and empty mini bar). No smells detected and quiet silence during night. Breakfast is adequate to a 3 stars. Check in and out is quick and desk os open 24h. I confirm my rating of this structure 8/10 for a 3 stars in Zurich.

It is Zurich...prices are always so high for any service and structure.

Everything is perfect: good comfortable hotel, good location, some parking slots near the hotel (but tricky to drive out from some slots) and some at parking nearby, very clean room, and friendly personnel. Many thanks again, and I will be back :)

Great day receptionist

The day receptionist was brilliant, she remembered what coffee I had the day before, helped us with the best blace to go in Zürich and simply made oir stay special. Parking was very close to the hotel and free 👍 The hotel as a whole is very clean and lovely.

My husband woke up very early in the morning and unfortunately the receptionist told him that it was too early to get coffee which was a little disappointing. The double bed was made of 2 single beds and unfortunately separated a tiny bit during the night.
