Great location, helpful staff, cozy room

Great location, helpful staff, cozy room. The hotel is located very close to the Zurich HB and all the main things in the city center. It has a Migros across the street which is helpful and there are many options to eat out around the hotel.

The breakfast could've been more varied, the internet is slow at times.

Lovely honey stay close to Zurich HBF! Super nice staff! Can recommend.

Location is superb, room had a nicely sized window and a cosy feel to it. Despite it being a hotel it was homey and that’s important for comfort. The staff was very nice and friendly! Thanks :)

Not a fan of fleece carpet at the entrance. Doesn’t seem hygienic no matter how much it is cleaned, there’s just something iffy about.

Clean and nice acomodation in the CBD!

- Location was amazing in the CBD - Rooms were clean - Room service lady was very kind and supportive when we asked to change the wrong size of Nespresso capsules - in check out they provided us some free snacks - They are very responsive

- The receptionist’s behaviour was not pleasant in our arrival and when I asked about possibility of changing our room to upper levels instead of first one, even though the other receptionist allocated us a room in second level - There is no temporary place in front of the hotel, there is one room for one car but receptionist said in our arrival that you can temporarily stop in front of hotel to unload the staff, turning the flashers on, BUT THERE IS No GUARANTEE TO NOT GET FINED! - we had two single beds attached instead of a double bed which was not very comfortable - They have a car park with discounted price of 35CHF on the other side of the river with 5-10 minutes walk

An excellent location in the city center

The room is not that big but you have everything you need at your disposal. The bed linen is excellent, the light is very comfortable, the bathroom is quite spacious, the staff is polite and friendly.

It was too hot in the night but, more likely, it was our own fault that we didn't reduce the heater. We tried to switch on the air conditioner instead but it worked very loud.

Clean and spacious hotel in downtown Zurich.

The hotel was clean and quiet with spacious rooms and friendly staff. It was located close to the train station which was a plus. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops in downtown Zurich.

Great location, friendly staff, quiet and clean rooms

Great location since hotel is close to the main train station and walkable to the major sites. Lots of shops around as well as supermarkets. Andrew and Daniel were so professional at check in and we loved talking with them. They held our suitcases so we could start walking around right away. Will definitely stay here again.

Good value, clean and friendly staff. Close to train and close enough to everything else.

Some buzzing sound that went off during the night continually. Not too bad but not pleasant. Soap dispenser in shower was small and annoying. Show head didn’t fully seal for roof out let so cold drips during a shower was annoying. Yes I’m being fussy now

Conveniently located near the train station. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room decor was nice and updated. Breakfast was pleasant with enough choices.

The hotel is well located and central, easy to get around by walking. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The front staff are kind and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

There was a few insects inside our room. A few ants were in the bed, unfortunately. I had to remove them after getting bit.

Thank you for a reasonable priced hotel, where a family can stay on vacation, centrally, located, close to the airport.

Staff at front desk was helpful with maps and information. Reason we chose your hotel was it was the only one I could find in the entire area where four people could stay in the same room. We had our two young daughters with us. The adjoining bedrooms was perfect!

Two things. Number one there was a black hair scrunchie on the floor next to our bed which obviously has been missed by the cleaning staff. I used to clean hotel rooms and so that made me wonder what else had been missed in the cleaning if something so obvious hadn’t been removed. Secondly, the parking accommodations. We were glad to have parking, but obviously left the parking deck the wrong direction and walked by a stream and over a bridge where there were numerous homeless people. We were coming in the early evening in an unfamiliar city with two young daughters, and it felt a little bit grungy and unsafe for that stretch of our walk.

Overall a pleasant experience!

All good! No complaints at this price. Decent place to stay right in the centre. I didn’t find the ventilation system hot as some people complain in Zurich! I felt comfortable.

Rooms were a little bit too cramped but you are in Zurich downtown so I understand this too!

Very comfortable and convenient with excellent staff and I won’t hesitate to go back.

Ideal location for the Kaufleuten where I was attending a concert - a 5-minute walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the roof terrace where I’d planned to have a drink after the show but in the event I watched the second half of the women’s Euros semifinal, but I’ll bear the terrace in mind if I go to the Kaufleuten again. The room was extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the cupboard space, very rare these days, even though I didn’t need it.

Whilst the dinner was fine, it was a little bland and very expensive, but I’m being picky.

Have been here 3 times (one in 2017 and two in 2025) ! I'll choose here again next time.

Room: Bigger than I expected, we requested for a baby crib and even with it we have plenty space to open up all of our luggages. Location: Few minutes walk from HB, shopping across street, very convenient.

Room: No blackout curtain and it's bright outside in the middle night. Elevator: Too small, can only fit in one adult and one stroller.

No air conditioning in working codition.

Good location. Hotel renovated.

The air conditioning was not working properly. I reported the issue the first night, they gave me fans. I spent 3 nights at the hotel and they never fixed the issue. Poor customer service there was only 1 person at the reception that respond to the good morning. Also they close the restaurant for breakfast before the time that they suppose to do it and lastly but not the least the bathroom was very dirty, there was mold in between the titles. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checked us in to a non renovated room. Not what we reserved or paid for. Changed our room but reluctantly. First time in Zurich. Very unprofessional in providing information & or guidance on sights, directions, restaurants. Didn’t have breakfast. Buffet appeared overpriced & uninteresting. Not much variety.

Nice hotel close to the train station, friendly staff always ready to help

The location is great, walking distance form the train station and main street to take a tram anywhere. The room was good, although when you open the window it was noisy, but that was expected given the location. Breakfast was good, basic, nothing exceptional, but good. The only minus - it was super hot in the restaurant until we opened the windows ourselves.

the only small thing - there were no glasses to drink water in the room. Only cups for coffee/tea.

Quiet and comfy stay

Staff were professional and polite. 6-8 mins walk to train station. There are Migros, Coop nearby where we can grab groceries, fruits etc. 10-15mins walk to old Town where you can find many good eateries. Room was quiet, spacious and beds were very comfortable.
