The staff were nice. The bed was comfortable.
It was the tiniest room I've ever stayed in. It was at least clean, but for two people it was way too tight, and we are two people that are used to traveling together and sharing small spaces, but this was still too small for two.

Does what it says on the tin. A decent room, clean and comfortable. Zürich prices are sky high so this was comparatively reasonable. Self check in worked. Very near station and places to eat.
It would be nice if there was a member of staff around.

The breakfast was very good, and for anyone using the main train station or just wanting to be in the centre of things, the location is hard to beat.
All the doors are operated by a digital key on your phone. I discovered that my UK data plan doesn't allow roaming outside the EU. If you don't live in Switzerland, it's a good idea to check your data plan before you book a room here.
