Just 2 mins walk from Zurich HB station and shopping area. Fantastic location. Rooms are clean and good value for money. Breakfast is simple. Complimentary coffee / tea at the common area in each floor. It’s also 5 mins walk to Design museum. Easy access to room using mobile key.

I felt like it was a motel

The location is excellent, near the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center.

The rooms are very small and the bed is uncomfortable; it's not worth the booking price. The breakfast also lacks anything worth paying 20 CHF .

Yabbadabbadoo!! Fred was the perfect choice for our short stay in Zurich.

Close to main train and bus stations with a view of the Landesmuseum. Comfortable, clean modern rooms with minimalist decor. Reception staff amazing!! So friendly, polite, engaging and attentive. Made us feel so welcome. Loved the drink on arrival!! That’s a first!!! Digital key also a first (but great to have normal key back up). Coffee/tea station on each floor well supplied. Did not have the breakfast but seems like really good value for Switzerland.

No negatives. Any issues promptly dealt with/ explained.

Great location - With a travel card you can get buses trams or trains to anywhere, and just a short walk to the centre. If you are arriving from the airport, get the train into town and it is a very short walk from the main station. Excellent soundproofing in the rooms, no problems with noise, even trams passing under the windows. Very clean. Friendly staff.

No real complaints: the room was quite compact, and the breakfast options reduced somewhat if you went down later. But we would certainly stay again

Very noisy room and for $$ they could move us

Very noisy. The room was next to the stairs and elevators. Asked to move to a different room, they said since we already used the room for 1 hour they could upgrade us or move us to a different room for a fee. Otherwise nothing they could do.

Comfortable and safe hotel in a convenient location for travel.

Friendly staff and easy check in. The room was modern and comfortable, the bathroom was brand new and spotless. I appreciated the option to have Aircon or the windows wide open.

The room smelled a bit of smoke but it went away once I aired out the room. The room overlooks the bus station so it was a bit noisy.

Excellent hotel for business travelers.

This hotel is either brand new or was recently remodeled. Everything worked perfectly, and it had everything you need for a brief stay. If I was in Zurich for business I'd happily stay here. It's also a 5 minute walk to Zurich Hbf. It wasn't cheap because it's Zurich but it was a good 30 CHF cheaper than any similar property in the area.

It had everything you needed, but no more than that. While comfortable and well-lit the room was fairly spartan. I didn't care too much because I needed a place to stay after my overnight train was cancelled, but if you were staying for a holiday you might be disappointed.

Exceptional stay - location is very convenient, clean, large rooms and bathrooms and staff very accommodating.

The location is superb - just across from the Bus Station and very short walk to train station. Also walking distance from the old Town, Zurich Lake etc. The room was large, including the bathroom and was very clean. Convenient outlets for charging etc. Staff are extremely polite and accommodating - they will store luggage if you arrive early, you can also use their guest area for charging phones and a hot drink while waiting for checkin.

The only negative was that the plastic button in wall to flush the toilet was broken. Another minor issue - the common coffee machine on the fourth floor stopped working early on in my stay and was still not fixed when I left.

Perfect hotel for families who travel by public transportation.

The hotel is close to both the train and bus stations, with a tram line right in front. It's a perfect location for those traveling by public transportation. I was glad to be able to check in early, which allowed me to fully enjoy my time in Zurich. The hotel also has air conditioning, making it ideal for a summer holiday.

Central Clean & Friendly Staff

It’s a very central location, 2 mins walk from Zürich HB & just opp the Bus station for hop on hop off & day trips. Close to the central area , it’s clean & the staff are wonderful. Definitely recommend it 👍

Excellent location.

Excellent location. The breakfast (Particularly the bacon is crispier & the eggs are done better) has improved since our last visit. Clean room. Clean towels & sheets. Comfortable pillows.

Staff - one front desk staff (name starts with V) was very unwelcoming, unfriendly & she was borderline rude. I understand you may be understaffed. She may have had a bad day. No excuse for being so cold, unwelcoming & give us such a bad vibe.
