Location really can’t be beaten. Beside the Banhof . Close to major shopping and if you’ve got lots of CHF all the high end shops on the Bahnofstrasse. Small room but fine for a night or two. Small lobby. Friendly staff.

Lovely central boutique hotel

Lovely hotel with a great bar at the bottom. Uniquely decorated and comfortable beds, felt premium. Very close to the train station, less than 5 min walk, and close to everything in the city.

Only issue was heating was set to maximum and couldn’t be changed, so it was very hot and we had to open the window to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great!

The hotel with the best bed and location!

the receptionist was very warm and helpful, the room is really nice especially the bed! the room and bathroom space is just right and location of hotel is very good! right across the train station and just walkable to old city. We will stay again when we get back to Zurich.

Fantastic location and lovely boutique hotel very close to the main train station, central shopping area and restaurants. Check in staff were very helpful! Decent sized rooms, one of which had a little kitchenette which was very handy during our stay.

The location- it’s just a few steps to restaurants, pharmacy and SBB main station. Very convenient.

Tight bathroom- loose toilet seat and cover. Could do better with pillows- maybe add more filling or use a more firm type of pillow. If you’re a side sleeper, it’ll hurt your neck and chest area. We asked for an additional pillow but still it’s not firm enough.

Small clean comfortable hotel incredible location

Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, huge lounge area if you arrive before checkin (although they were so helpful to get rooms ready earlier for everyone) or want somewhere to relax in between shopping/sightseeing. Excellent location for a large city.

Don’t stay in this place it’s horrible and the service is the worst

Actually, we didn’t stay in the property because we arrive at 11:30 AM and there was no one in the reception until 2 PM. All the luggage is where in the reception with no attendant and we were afraid of leaving our stuff there so we decide to ask for a refund and look for another place. I explained to the people what happened and they didn’t want to do the refund.

The only thing that is good is the location, but the chairs are broken, and the quality of the place is very bad. It is unacceptable to leave the luggage with all our values in the lobby even if nothing happens is not normal. Every Hotel has someone that give you a ticket for your luggage or someone who take care of the luggage.

I loved this hotel. The location was close to main train station. The furnishings were beautiful.

The room was small yet cozy and had wonderful decor (wall paper, furnishings, bedding). The bathroom was clean and had modern finishes.

The elevator was broken when we arrived so had to take my suitcase up the stairs. It was repaired shortly after.

The location was number one. As a solo senior traveler, the closer to train station the better. I also liked that it had restaurant on first floor. And most importantly, my room faced the back, and it was extremely quiet.

Excellent location!

Excellent location. Very close to the main train station and tucked away in a side street with cafes. There is a lift to most floors, except the top floor there is a relatively steep stair case which we opted for as we had smaller luggage than our friends. So if stairs are an issue, make sure you make that clear when booking. Breakfast is provided for a fee. We enjoyed sharing our love around the various nearby cafes.

A fan in the bathroom. Sadly, most hotels don’t.

Fair hotel marred by the room position

Just the right location for the train station

We had a room overlooking the street. Too hot to close the windows. It was a Saturday night and the noise went on until we had to get up at 0430. Slept hardly at all.

Excellent location, great decor and super friendly and helpful staff. Also for the central location, it was surprisingly quiet in the room. Great night sleep! Like the rest of the hotel - the room was nicely furnished with a small terrace.

Small hotel in very good location

Locayion just perfect- closed to main train station and all main attractions. Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very hot because the portable air conditioner was extremely noisy and couldn’t be used. It wasn’t possible to open the window either, as the street outside remained noisy until late at night, and at 8 a.m., construction workers started working on the building being renovated next door.
