disappointing all around, terrible value.

it was clean and modern

the 6 minute walk from the train station was uphill. the street had homeless people on it. the street noise started at 6 am and included construction and trash collection. the staff was rude. heat and air did not work. wifi cut in and out all night.

The hotel had a lot of noise at night coming from the street. It's located in Niederdorf. If you're at the party it's probably fine but if you want to sleep one needed earplugs.

Excellent location in quiet street in old city. 8 minutes' walk from the main station ( regular 20 minute fast train to the airport) and 3 from the Central tram hub.

the breakfast was good. The location is perfect and we could do almost everything walking from the hotel.

All is good, amenities are in good condition

Mattress is terrible and there’s no AC hence it’s very hot at night although we stayed from 2-5th September and the weather wasn’t hot outside. They provide fans but it doesn’t help much

Good location and staff but room not commensurate with price paid.

The staff was very helpful and the location was great, close to a lot.

The hotel is adequate, good location, friendly staff. But for the price of the hotel the size of the room, lack of AC and quality of the room is far below my expectations. If the price were lower the room would have been fine but given around $300 per night I would have expected more like air conditioning, coffee machine. A little thing, but the room didn't seem to match the photos which was a rude awakening arriving late after a long day of travel. Again, if the price were better it wouldn't have felt so bad.

The location was perfect for what I wanted to do, with everything being in a walking distance. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room itself was nice, clean, had all the amenities I’d need. Appreciated fans being provided in the rooms too.

Great hotel just make sure you don’t go if it’s hot in Zurich as there is no AC.

It is modern, clean, the location is amazing, the staff is courteous and professional.

Almost half or more of the rooms have no air conditioning, we visited during a heat wave and unfortunately our room didn’t ever cool off, not even at night. It made going back there like going to a jail cell.

Great location for exploring the city and beyond as the hotel is close to the train station, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was very good as there was ample choice of foods, such as, yoghurts, fruit, meats, cheeses, bread, scrambled eggs and bacon. The room was clean, beds comfortable and there was plenty of space.
