I would not return

The room was modern and well equipped.

The fact that our room was not ready at almost 6PM when we arrived! It was a very unpleasant experience to receive a message from the property the day of our arrival stating that they give us access to our room only from 6PM even if when booking they do not mention anything about this (that possible delays may occur), on the contrary, the check in is possible much earlier during the day. However, our arrival was synchronized with this delayed access so only waited for a few minutes at the door of our room in order to be cleaned up and ready for us. Nonetheless, this overall experience was awful, I and my child were very tired after the long day and disappointed, I did not expect it and did not experienced it before in many years of traveling. I basically paid for a room to be ready for us much earlier than we actually had access to it. While they might have prolonged the stay of the previous occupancy just to earn more (this is one of the extra-services they offer, the late check out). It could be advantageous to the company and the other guests, but not for the ones that have actually paid for the room that day!

Nice stay, with some limitations

The location is perfect, with tram 3 or 14 in 5 min from or at Zuerich Main Station. To lake with 9 in 5 min. also. Road very quiet and very nice area, grocery store 3 min. away. You even can reach all by foot also downtown and main shopping street.

Numa Staff reacts fast via SMS and helpful. Cleaning Staff i have big ??? The room is sold as apartment, a bit small for it but has everything you need. Some more smaller and other plates and drinking glasses would be great. Have a look at B5 in Karlsruhe!

Wonderful vacation!

The apartment and location were both super!

We had requested an early checkin, and unfortunately that couldn’t be accommodated. At the actual checkin time our apartment was still not ready. We had to wait an additional hour and 1/2- before we could get in to our room. It was tough after an overnight flight. We were happy to be able to store our luggage while we walked around.

Location was great- even better than I was expecting! We walked around all over the city center but if you don't want to do it, only 1 min away from tram. Self check in was so easy and comfortable. Also, the room was big enough with big suitcases and has everything you need it. Very comfortable and safe place.

Sorry, but no-human beings hotels are to me souless and cold. The business model is to increase profits by not employing people. Give me a hotel with an atmosphere, a bar, a restaurant and most important of all, human beings at reception. I wondered what would have happened e.g. if my phone had died on me - locked out on the streets?

Room smaller than expected, great location except noise

The location is super convenient (Starbucks, tram stops, eateries within a few steps). One of 3 apartments we got (403) had dishwasher and a slightly larger layout. Supplies free to use like towels, Swiss plugs, etc.

Close to church so the bells ring until 9 pm. The street has lots of restaurants and bars so can get noisy. The 1’s (301, 201 etc.) are less noisy but they don’t have dishwasher and are small. The cleaning lady wasn’t friendly.

Not to be able to block de entrance to our apartment. Housekipping entered to get us a baby bed without authorization. Guests need to feel safe by being able to close the door from the inside. It will be useful to have instructions for all the electronic devices in the room. We didnt know how to use the kitchen, etc.

The portable air conditioner provided to us during the heat wave in Zurich didn't keep the apartment cool. Sleeping at night was a challenge due to the heat.

Very neat, central, a bit noisy and in summer - hot :-)

Amazing location. Very, very neat. Checking in was easy. I loved the soft music in the voyer - making it more personal. Room was very neat, lovely bed and cushions. Close to the trams and tourist attractions as well as a 20 minute walk to the main train station. One of the best stays I have had. I used the washing/laundry app and it worked super - thanks!

The apartment had a street view and is very close to a church. And it is Europe. In summer. I could sleep with the window or door open - the noise of the pedestrians (and the two bars across the road) and the church bells [08:00 to 22:00] made it less enjoyable. I had access to a portable aircon but then I needed to open the door to let out the plastic tube. Not quite effective but it helped.

Comfortable, modern room in an eclectic neighborhood

The apartment amenities were nice, and it is very close to a grocery. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was especially nice. We didn’t try the breakfast but liked having a tea kettle and a refrigerator in the room. The self-check-in is a nice feature.

The room needed a fan of some sort especially for night when the neighborhood noises are too much for sleeping with open windows. An ice cube tray would have been nice to have.

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped studio apartment in a quiet area, conveniently located.

Comfortable studio apartment in a quiet location just 15 minutes from the main train station, and just round the corner from a tram stop. The studio had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We ate breakfast in our room, as well as a couple of meals in an evening (excellent fresh 'ready meals' from the supermarket, warmed up in the microwave). The room was very quiet, and the shutters meant it was very dark, so we slept well! Check-in and check-out were both very smooth. Would definitely return here if we come back to Zurich.

Perfect central apartment.

Great location in a residential neighbourhood not far from the centre. Thoughtful kitchen layout and very comfortable bed. Delightful small touches like the premium coffee Apuleius and the baggage storage facility.

Some might not like the daytime church bells nearby, but it’s much quieter than Venice.

Dirty floor and noisy neighbours spoiled the overall enjoyment

Cute place, nice to have tea and coffee in the room, convenient location. A free snack and beer was nice. The free luggage storage was a nice touch, though space is limited and first come first served.

The floor made your feet black with dirt after walking barefoot in the room for 5 mins. The room was generally noisy, other guests talking in the corridor loudly at 3 am , someone drilling in the room above us, someone smashing a suitcase into one of the lockers at 2am which sounded extremely loud from our room. The duvet was too small for the bed, I requested a second which they said they'd provide but never did. The shower is poorly designed so water goes everywhere. Mattress far too soft.

Great location and easy checkin

Easy access and checkin. The location was perfect being in the center of Zurich. The luggage lockers are perfect and very easy to use.

The drain was a bit slow to drain. Otherwise the room was great. The room was REALLY hot at times. Opening the windows helped, but there are often people smoking on the street. This is a common problem in Europe though: there are a lot of regular smokers here when compared to the USA. The other thing that was a bit annoying is that if you need to get in even 1 minute after checkout because you forgot something, the room code will lock you out. You'll still have access to the building though. I had forgotten an item in the room, although it wasn't a huge issue so I didn't fuss.

I had a great stay !

location perfectly fitted to my needs. Nice + great bathrroom. Excellent bed for great sleep. Cool to have expresso machine and capsules when i arrived. Very nice to also have fresh mineral water, a beer and a drink in the fridge. So cool to have a terrasse in summer !

The kitchen sink a little tiny, but i did not want to pay more to have a bigger kitchen !! Someone came once in 10 days to do the cleaning, change the towels and bed stuff. The studio would need to have an access to a cupboard with a broom or a vacum cleaner, so you can do the cleaning of the floors if no one come on 4 days.
