Location (proximity to lake and city center)
Extremely dark, room had a weird shape, felt very plain, hardly able to pass the bed (very narrow and TV stand in the way, hit my toes a couple of times as well), noisy street.

Clean, comfortable and well-located. We were able to walk to the tourist sites and lake from the hotel. The lounge area and bar is a great feature and staff are all professional and friendly.
Air conditioning struggled through the June heatwave.

The friendliness of the staff and the room was spotless , cleaned everyday . Air conditioning was great as it was very hot when I started . The neighbourhood was very quiet but perfectly located to explore Zurich

The location is good and quiet. The bar and outdoor area is nice and staff is pleasant, was also clean
No bar fridge or tea coffee making facilities in room and air conditioning system not too good
