Looks great, super clean, friendly staff. Very very quiet.
No kettle / fridge in room. However, the bar downstairs is open 24/7 and has hot water if you don’t mind getting it from there. I happen to have a metal water bottle that I could fill up, so making tea wasn’t too hard.

The location is good and quiet. The bar and outdoor area is nice and staff is pleasant, was also clean
No bar fridge or tea coffee making facilities in room and air conditioning system not too good
