A clean and modern hotel room for a quick one-night stay before flying out of Zurich airport.

A clean and modern hotel room for a quick one-night stay before flying out of Zurich airport for flight back to the USA. The location of this hotel in relation to the Zurich Enge metro stop is fantastic - only steps away. I was able to walk and explore the Old Town area of Zurich from this location, without having to pay a premium for a hotel stay.

Not able to control the temperature of the room to my desired level. I had to open the door to the outside balcony to cool down the room to a desired temperature.

The hotel is in an excellent location, offers great facilities, and the staff is extremely polite and friendly. Special mention goes to Maicon (or Maycon, I’m not entirely sure) from the restaurant. I arrived late one evening when the kitchen was already closed. He kindly informed me that there was a supermarket nearby, but since I was quite tired, I decided not to go. A few minutes later, he disappeared for about five minutes and came back with salami and cold cuts for me. He took the initiative—completely unexpected—to go to the supermarket in the cold just to make sure I was taken care of. On top of that, he refused to let me pay the 8 francs he spent. Absolutely outstanding service and kindness. The hotel should never lose an employee like him. Congratulations! In Zurich, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great location and value for money and close to all public transport, shops and restaurants.

The location was incredible. Right by the tram and train station and a short walk from the closest bus stop as well. There were many restaurants and convenience stores in very close walking distance and it was a bonus that it was right across the road from the Fifa Museum. The only thing we were somewhat unsatisfied with was tha the room comes with a coffee machine but the coffee pods are not replaced once used and you only get 2 pods for the entire stay, if you want more you need to purchase your own. Also the mugs and glasses in the room were not cleaned unless specifically requested but these were both just small things. Everything else was great.

Perfect accommodation in Zürich

Location is very convenient just in front of Zürich Enge station. All necessary facilities and amenity are prepared such as micro wave oven, IH heater and dish washing machine etc even the room space is quite compact. It's very suitable for a long time stay. All staffs are very friendly and supportive.

No tissue paper was available but only toilet paper was provided.

Great value for money

Things I liked: - spotless clean - large balcony, I so wished it was summer to enjoy it more - great soundproofing from outside noises - liked there is an additional sitting area with a couch and a table, good for working or just enjoying coffee - Nice location, right across the lake and next to the train station that takes you to the airport. Only 15min walk to the city center.

Not deal breakers: - very limited options for breakfast - limited space overall in the room to put 2 people's carry-on bags

A Quiet & Restful Stay

Loved the raised bed, it was very comfortable with lots of pillows. We liked having a separate seating area with a sofa and table. Hotel is a short walk away from the lake and a short tram ride from the main station.

The shower leaked from the bottom of the shower screen so needed to keep a towel there to catch the water.

Property Misrepresented – Request for Review of Listing I booked this property under the “hotel only” option to avoid serviced apartments, but it is in fact a serviced apartment complex, not a genuine 4-star hotel. Several standard services were missing, including room service, minibar, in-room telephone, and valet/pressing service. Most concerning, the air conditioning system in guest rooms is deliberately deactivated. I was instead given a fan and a noisy portable unit, making the room hot, stale, and uncomfortable. At £275 per night in August, this does not meet the advertised 4-star standard. This property should not be listed as a hotel, nor advertised as having 4-star facilities. Guests also need to be clearly informed that there is no functioning air conditioning

Enjoyable Hotel and Friendky Staff!

Nice size rooms and front desk staff very accommodating! Elevator and restaurant on site. PLEASE note that there is no central A/C in the Hotel. The rooms are hot if the temp is hot. Otherwise a nice place to stay , across the street from Train Station, cute coffee shop next door.

The hotel and room truly exceeded my expectations! The price-quality ratio is really good. The hotel is beautiful and stylish, with lots of details in the interior. The room is clean, and the size is just right. The small balcony is perfect for a bit of fresh air. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake and the old city center. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich!

Unable to alter to temperature as centrally controlled resulting in room being too hot. Breakfast was poor, lacking in choice, breakfast staff need further training. Plus loud building works being conducted next door from 7 in the morning. Not made aware of this prior to arrival.

Great location, safe, comfortable and fabulous staff.

Location was terrific- about 20/25 minute walk to historic old town. Staff were super friendly and informative. Bed was a delight after overseas flight. Our balcony was picturesque. Parking garage was very difficult to find. But the staff guided us and were again very accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Not sure if parking garage location/information was available- would have saved a few trips around several blocks🙂

Great location near the lake, transport and shops (and the FIFA museum)! Apartment spacious and clean with good sized balcony and lovely bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful.

BIt of a mix up over breakfast - it was included when we booked but the policy had changed by the time we arrived and it no longer was. We were given breakfast vouchers but had to explain the situation every single day which was frustrating.

Fair quality/price

The location is very convenient, next to the train station Zürich Edge and to the way of trams 2 stops away to the center. Close to FIFA museum. All amenities as food shops, restaurants and pharmacy is accessible in few steps. The hotel was recently renovated and beds are comfortable.

Wonderful adventure with good hospitality

Location was just off the busy streets but was across the street from a public tram hub. Very convenient with a Starbucks, restaurant and store next door. Quiet evenings with little traffic noise and a good breakfast.

We stayed for three days .. The first two I put the sign that cleaning was not necessary. The third no one came even to change the towels.! The breakfast was fresh but poor and basic. The politeness of all the employees made us smile though!
