Everything, Do not go by the pictures posted online, pictures given online are either of day 1 of hotel opening or professionally edited. Except the hotel location rest everything deserves zero star rating.

The breakfast was a disgrace. Croissants stale. No proper decaf coffee & they charged a ridiculous amount for a guest. Unusually the reception staff not as helpful as in the past.

Convenient and comfortable hotel

Very nice hotel in the center, close to the lake on a very quite street. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Very good relation price - quality for Zurich.

It was a pleasnt stay and I will definitely come again.

The room is big and comfortable. The location is just 700 metres to the Zurich Edge so easy and walking distance. The area is sooo good. There are lots of cafe, restaurant, nice view and if you stroll along you found a neighbourhood that feels like home.

Excellent city hotel with comfort and convenience

The hotel is perfectly located in the city, making it easy to walk to the town center, restaurants, and shopping malls. Breakfast was very good and offered a pleasant start to the day. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. I especially loved the bathtub — the bathroom area was large, and the toilet was separated with a door, which for me is an important detail and added to the overall comfort. A great choice for a city stay in Switzerland, combining location, space, and thoughtful design.

The breakfast was a nice experience. The smoked salmon, bacon, fresh fried eggs, fresh fruit.

The rug is stained and looked like dried blood but the clerk said it was a bleach stain… it needs to be changed.

It was a bed for the night

The room is overpriced The sofa bed offered for my daughter was not adequate. It was a sofa that was tiered so not level with a sheet thrown over it. No mattress, very unhygienic. Air con unit was so noisy The mattress hardness controls not working Customer service rude.

Excellent family hotel very near to city center as well as Zurich Lake

The location was perfect in a walkable distance to Zurich lake and very near to the tram stop, Breakfast was good with enough varieties. The best part was the room itself which was very spacious. The bathroom was just grand. The hotel staff were excellent. The lady in reception herself offered for a delayed check-out which was nice.

Nothing as such, thought room could be cleaned better on a daily basis, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Exceptional hotel facility & staff in wonderful location.

Special appreciation for Receptionist Frank who gave us warm welcome & was helpful in every way. Location was brilliant, just a few.blocks walk from beautiful lakeshore & close to river/Old town shops & restaurants. Zurich is the quietest big city I've ever experienced, which made our stay especially restful. Buffet breakfast & service exceeded expectations

The property needs a full infrastructure upgrade and BOOKING should NOT be having it on your site

The location is excellent

We had to change rooms 4 times because of the AC not working / foul smell/ and in the end too we had to settle for a room with a fan. The furniture/ keys are out dated.

Soft soft soft pillows (maybe too soft). You have to leave your key with the front desk when you leave, which is fine as long as no one is checking in when you need to pick it back up.

The location is THE BEST, close to the lake of Zuerich, everything is very close.

The staff was kind and friendly.

Unfortunately there were some very unprofessional things. We were asked us to pay the city tax twice, forgot to put towels in our room, than they put only one. The coffee machine in the room was broken and I burned my hand. There is a lot to improve.

The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Walking distance to the centre of town. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and very fresh.

Our room was near a laneway and even with the shutters down it was a little noise late at night.

Great value in the centre of town

The standout feature of the hotel is its terrific staff... everyone was very friendly and helpful, and particular mention must be made to the wonderful daytime front desk team. The breakfast was also very well done - with some nice touches for Easter - and the location is very central .... it's easy to walk everywhere in the centre of town.

The hotel itself is very dated, and while the (single) beds are comfortable - we had a twin room - they are on the smaller side. Given the size of the rooms, and its excellent location, this hotel could be charging a lot more if they were to invest in some renovations and updates ... in the meantime, it offers excellent value for those not fussed about the latest mod-cons.
