Location is closed to almost everything . Restaurants, supermarkets, high streets, shopping areas and train station
Rooms are small and warm .

The reception staff were great and really welcoming. The room was spacious and it was a nice hotel in a great location for exploring the old town of Zurich.
However the breakfast staff member was rude to my wife (& was also more interested in chatting to other staff members) - making us fell uncomfortable and didnt bother to provide directions for the breakfast and then proceeded to ignore us / our table for the rest of the meal.
