Charming classic boutique Art-themed hotel. Great location. Comfortable clean with everything you could possibly need. Quiet. Elevator. Good Swiss breakfast and famous restaurant on site —right in the heart of the Old town. Great professional staff. Great AC.
It was a very small room and some high steps to get to the lobby with luggage.

Location was wonderful and rooms were great.
We had to leave early and they said we could have coffee and croissant since we were leaving so early but morning person said no. We choose hotel because of location and booking.com said airport transport but it was actually a fee. Not hotel fault as on their website it said surcharge.

Location is great. I didn't try the restaurant but apparently the restaurant is iconic. Room was clean and they made an effort to get it ready slightly ahead of check in time.
Everything was perfectly fine but value of what you get vs what you pay isn't very high. Seems like you are paying for the historic nature of the hotel and the convenient location. I'm usually ok with paying more for a historic hotel but much has been renovated and it looks pretty modern so I feel like much of the charm baked into the price of room isnt there. I would rather jhave a cheaper hotel or something even more expensive that had larger rooms and more amenities
