Great stay at the B2 in Zurich

Loved the library and the room. Nice and large, updated and modern. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit far walk wise - about half an hour from the main shopping area and the old town. Beds were not very comfortable

Great, I'll be back

Lovely hotel, clean, quiet, good food and drink, nice staff. The location is also fantastic, just 7 minutes walk to my client.

The staff in the linked spa were rude, but this isn't really a B2 issue although it was an offered extra. Could have done with a better range of pillows, they were a bit soft for my liking but that's personal taste

The location is not near down town, about a good mile or so in an industrial type area, we did walk to town center but took ubers most of the time.

A lot of money for a slightly odd property that lacks a comfortable feel in the room.

Coffee was good in the lobby. I like the house brand beer also in the lobby. Very nice and capable staff. Helped us call a car for the airport, which was quite reliable.

Dirty shower with non-functional drain, one washcloth for two people, no outlets in the second bathroom and insufficient number of outlets in the main bathroom. The shower is neither good as a tub or a shower. Hair dryer did not work.

A destination hotel - should be mentioned as a must visit as part of Zurich’s attractions.🇲🇹🥰

Everything absolutely everything. The rooms the tiolet in the foyer when birds sound as you enter. The books the books. The staff - Marie - Lena @ reception - welcoming efficient kind. Jeff - Karim and Randy extra ordinary waiting staff. Engaging helpful professional and very friendly. My friend and I loved the place. We will return with other friends and family. It is a true destination hotel. The rooms were decorated beautifully as was the buildings design and decor.

The spa was just next level, the breakfast also amazing, but would have liked a bigger bed/room.

The spa and rooftop pool were incredible!! And the location was great too, close to a station, a 5/10 min walk to the lake. The breakfast was also completely delicious!

The bed was really small but I think that may have been my fault as I had accidentally told them the room occupancy would be one rather two. The room was also pretty small and it meant there wasn't much privacy when using the bathroom (which just had frosted glass doors, that opened up about 2 steps away from the bed).

If you want 5 star service at 4 star prices go to the B2.

Lots of options and very efficient and friendly service. Nice atmosphere in the library area. The staff (especially Simirit) could not do more for you. Generally excellent breakfast. The staff on reception also excellent (especially Irinin) and they could not have helped me more. From trying to get my room ready early as I arrived at 7:30am to helping with Ubers. I did not try the spa but I will next time I stay here.

Maybe more vegan options, not that I’m vegan. But many places now cater for a variety of people’s diets.

Very clean, very welcoming. Easy access to all locations. Friendly staff from breakfast to all through the night. Breakfast does the job.

Clean, friendly and extremely helpful!

The hotel was located where I needed to be, was clean, comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a situation with my luggage, which was lost and returned dirty from airline. The hotel staff felt so bad that they cleaned all my clothes on the spot at NO charge. I travel all over the world and this rates at the top for me.

Relaxation times million!

Great staff that is focused on solving problems and ensuring Guests satisfaction is huge. Super water facilities with pool both on the roof and in the basement. Superb breakfast with great selection of Swiss cheeses and eggs made to your order.

Elegant, clean, and very quiet hotel.

Very clean, elegant hotel with good customer service. The gym is small but it has what is needed for a couple of sessions, bike, dumbbells, and one machine. The breakfast is not huge but has enough variety and tastes great. It is close to the city center, you can take the tramp and you are there in 15 mins (tramp station 8 mins). A few supermarkets and shops close by, sadly the spa was under renovation.

I would say it’s very clean with a wonderful staff but it wasn’t one of my favorite places I wouldn’t return it was over

The spa was lovely, the steam rooms could have been steamier not much steam, some of the pools were not very warm I caught a cold it was chilly at night. The breakfast was ok not many choices but sufficient. The food we ordered was just ok but I loved our room and view of Zurich. The rooftop pool very nice.

Steam rooms were not working properly the pools were not warm enough only one was very warm. No soup, just a few menu items. More food choices would have been good.

Simply exceptional. One of the best hotels in Zurich.

Absolutely liked everything. The staff are great, rooms are large and could not wish for more. Breakfast was great. We were even allowed to leave our truck outside reception as was too big for the parking garage. Staff really went over and above.

It’s was a great hotel - very personal, clean and all the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool/spa and it’s a 20 min walk (at most) into the center of town. Excellent value!

Different, quirky spa hotel. Great location, exceptional spa with rooftop pool

Spa is exceptional. Very different to many hotel spas with the Roman baths style, steps to follow in a spa ritual. Room was spacious with a good view. Comfortable bed too.

Very basic breakfast of cereals, muesli, meats, cheese, breads and juices. Option for eggs - scrambled, fried, boiled or omelette. But that’s it and it costs CHF 35 per person.

A true escape.

Absolutely beautiful and luxurious in a very relaxed, modern way. I felt truly comfortable.

Having to walk up the steps or the hill to get to the entrance, and on a couple of evenings walking from the nearest tram stop on my own in the dark wasn't ideal. I never felt unsafe, but it's something to think about.

The staff are insanely friendly knowledgeable and genuinely nice!

Our bath plug was broken and couldn't be replaced, so subsequently had to shower baby at the bottom of the shower where I found quite a lot of mold spots......which can easily be bleached and wiped away when I tried. Although a good bleach will keep from returning. Saying that I'd stay again, so that says a lot. besides above the rooms were truly amazing and beautifully & thoughtfully designed. They arranged a baby cot and even a baby towel which was sweet, oh amazing Nespresso machine (the good one) and lovely complimentary drinks in the fridge!! The hotel food is stunning!!! And breakfast is just wonderful and I have high standards! Eggs to order are divine....but now I will have other scrambled eggs to compare to so ruined me!!! Amazing chef!!

Beautiful Hotel and Spa

The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. The spa underneath is 100% worth the added fee. Breakfast was hearty and the library bar was a great place to eat and hang out.

It’s not the fault of the hotel, but the location is a little further from the nicer older looking parts of the city. We felt more like we were in a tech jungle than we expected to- but the walk wasn’t too bad to get to the old town.
