Everything. My room was upgraded and was exceptional. The rest of the experience was fantastic, as usual. I have been recommending this hotel to all my colleagues.

Coffee was good in the lobby. I like the house brand beer also in the lobby. Very nice and capable staff. Helped us call a car for the airport, which was quite reliable.
Dirty shower with non-functional drain, one washcloth for two people, no outlets in the second bathroom and insufficient number of outlets in the main bathroom. The shower is neither good as a tub or a shower. Hair dryer did not work.
