Great hotel in a very convenient location.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is modern with a good vibe and room was very clean and comfortable. Nice touch with the full length mirrors on the bathroom door. Very convenient for train station and venue hall, also helpful that a shop for groceries is right next door.

Only thing and it's pretty minor was the very limited number of tea / coffee sachets provided in the room.

The room we booked comes with a kitchenette, which includes an induction cooktop and an oven, as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The room is 28 square meters, making it very spacious, and it also features a sofa area. The hotel is very close to Zurich Oerlikon station. From Zurich Oerlikon station, you can reach the airport station or Zurich Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) in about 5 minutes. A large Coop supermarket is just about a 1-minute walk from the hotel exit. The hotel has a washer and dryer, but they must be reserved in advance to be used.

I didn’t get the concept of 4 stars hotel, as it’s written in Booking because when we asked for 2 dental kits they said they couldn’t provide us with it, as “it’s not a hotel”

Clean, Comfortable, and Value for Money

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The Oerlikon train station is 5 mins away. There is a Denner supermarket right next door. There is a laundry within the hotel, should you need to use it. The staff are very friendly.

It exceeded my expectations

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved the comfortable bed, the stylish interior, and the relaxing balcony view. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also perfect quiet yet conveniently close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. It was a great experience from check-in to check-out.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If I had to mention something, perhaps an earlier check-in option would be nice, but everything else was perfect.

Short but lovely stay in Zurich

We found this lovely hotel last minute when we decided to spend a night in Zurich, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Although it’s not located right in the city center, it’s very easy to reach—just a quick 7-minute train ride followed by a short 5-minute walk. With frequent trains, getting to and from the city was no trouble at all. The hotel itself is modern and fresh, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Our room was stylish, well-equipped, and even had air conditioning—which is a rare bonus in Switzerland. They also provided thoughtful amenities like an iron and ironing board, laundry services, and a selection of cold still and sparkling water. Plus, there were plates and cutlery available in case you wanted to dine in the room. For the price, all these little extras made the stay feel like great value. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try their breakfast due to our schedule, but overall, it was a short and pleasant stay. As a sweet farewell gesture, they even gave us some complimentary chocolate, which was a really nice touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay just outside Zurich’s busy city center.

Modern suites, great amenities, friendly helpful staff. Loved everything about the suites . Lovely lounge and restaurant. They were exceptional. They are near a large supermarket. It's a 5 minute walk to the train station. I have already booked them again.

Cosy and very clean

The room was very clean and comfortable! The location was very easy to get to from the airport and also well connected to the city center. We stayed for only one night in Zurich, but would definitely return!

Wonderful stay, recommended!

The room I got was big, nicely appointed, and really clean. Great buffet breakfast, but make sure you come early, otherwise some of the available options will no longer be available. The train station is a short walk away. There are some good restaurant options around the hotel.

A somewhat weird interaction at the checkin desk. Just keep it professional, some jokes can be misconstrued. Dinner somewhat expensive for what it is. Some of the food options seemed a little experimental.

Clean and great parking garage. Rooms are big and well set up. Close enough to the pubic transport to make the trip downtown quick and effortless

Nice hotel but not customer friendly

I arrived at 12pm after a long trip and even though the room was ready, they wanted to charge me 30CHF an hour until 3pm because I came in too early. When I just wanted to do the check in so I could run to a convention until late in the evening. This made absolutely no sense to me. One thing is to guarantee a room only from 3pm, but if it is already ready, why no going the extra mile for the comfort of the customer like any other hotel worldwide??
