Comfortable Room and Friendly Staff

Very friendly staff. They were always helpful and with a positive attitude. Breakfast was nice but we expected more diversity. There are 2 espresso machines but no filter coffee. It's an expensive city, therefore I suggest booking a room with breakfast included. Location is not the greatest but good. You need to walk to the train station for 7-8 minutes and take a short train ride to the city center. I should have learned better about where the city center is. There were no bathrobe & slippers in the room but you can order it from the web site without a charge. It's nice when you don't have to talk to people on the phone for these kind of things. Check-out was the fastest I've ever seen.

Dinner menu must have more options. Showers in the room can be upgraded. A place to dry the towels would be very good.

Old rooms, nice reception staff

The staff at reception were very nice and helpful, they helped us book the Lindt chocolate museum tickets, help with transport info, and helped with attractions and places to visit.

One of the guys at the bar was quite rude, not sure why such a person is working in hospitality. The kids fish and chips was horrible quality, the fish was not edible. The room and bathroom were old.

Great hotel that had everything we needed

Comfortable room/beds, easy parking, good restaurant in the hotel.

The pool was PACKED! We decided not to go in after all because there were just too many people. Lesson learned…go to the pool earlier!

The room was really nice, and the mattress was comfortable — I slept well. As for the location, although it’s not in the city center, it’s very easy to reach by tram. There’s a tram and bus stop right next to the hotel, so you can get around the city easily by public transport.

Super location.. walkable distance to tram. Just 4 stops (less than 10 mints) to Zurich HB by tram. So helpful staff.. Special rate for car parking.
