Great Bed
Paid for overnight parking - 25 Swiss francs , no free parking, only 'use the parking garage that is part of our building' - seems they make money this way as well.

One the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The Design was a delight, the room was just sooo appealing, open, loads of space, functional in so many ways. It TRULY worked for exactly why I chose it - the windows/views and openness brought such a freshness to the room. There was such space and the quality of the design, the rooms, the corridors was just 👌🏻
lack of USB points 🤣 no-one gets 100% marks - in such a modern room I found that unusual but ZERO faults in anything else

It is a very modern hotel with beautiful décor. The room was very quiet with a view of the city. It is located in a business area that is easily accessible by car, and with the tramway right next door, it is easy to reach the city centre.
There were a few minor issues, such as the TV remote control not working because the batteries were completely corroded. There was no curtain for a little more privacy in the shower. It is not possible to park on the street, so you have to use the hotel car park, which is a little expensive.

Handy location for attending football at Stadion Letzigrund
Being woken up at 6.26am by fire alarm one morning and when we got downstairs the lack of any response from the staff. Looked at the people outside in our pj's wondering what we were doing.
Breakfast could have had wider choice
Having to ask 3 times for a kettle and twice for additional pillows
Need to be clearer on room description of openness of ensuite
