Overnight in the heart of Zurich

Paid for overnight parking - 25 Swiss francs , no free parking, only 'use the parking garage that is part of our building' - seems they make money this way as well.

One the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The Design was a delight, the room was just sooo appealing, open, loads of space, functional in so many ways. It TRULY worked for exactly why I chose it - the windows/views and openness brought such a freshness to the room. There was such space and the quality of the design, the rooms, the corridors was just 👌🏻

lack of USB points 🤣 no-one gets 100% marks - in such a modern room I found that unusual but ZERO faults in anything else

Modern hotel in Zurich

It is a very modern hotel with beautiful décor. The room was very quiet with a view of the city. It is located in a business area that is easily accessible by car, and with the tramway right next door, it is easy to reach the city centre.

There were a few minor issues, such as the TV remote control not working because the batteries were completely corroded. There was no curtain for a little more privacy in the shower. It is not possible to park on the street, so you have to use the hotel car park, which is a little expensive.

All very soothing for the eye.

I really liked the very sleak and minimalistic architecture. Simple materials, concrete, wood, white bedsheets, frameless windows. All very soothing for the eye.

For visitors who seek for action the location is maybe not ideal as in a very quite area of Zurich.

Terrible bathroom. Noisy. Not worth the price they charge.

Location was convenient

We had a family suite, connected via a shared bathroom. The bathroom was absolutely terrible, with no proper shower space making the floor constantly wet everywhere. There was also a kids playroom on our floor, located in between the hotel rooms. You could hear the screams and feel the ground shake from your bed when kids were playing in the playroom. Rooms were directly above a tramway depot, with activity starting from early morning. Finally CHF 25 per night for the parking space is also a rip-off but there were no other options around. All in all not worth the price they charge.

Very average hotel which is fine for one night stay if you get lucky with room lottery.

Location well suited for us - easy to get from central station and various routes to get to other parts of the city. Staff is friendly and polite, always greeting and politely answering even if asked during their other activities.

Breakfast is a poor selection of dishes, the bare minimum what you can find at hotels. Room was screaming about need for repair and attention: sink choker was constantly plugged in and you had manually extract to let out water, entrance door needed several strong pushes in order to click and be closed, room was missing curtains for path (as bath was separated by huge glass wall). Since it was just for one night we just endured all this, for longer stay I would definitely would have asked to change the room.

Handy location for attending football at Stadion Letzigrund

Being woken up at 6.26am by fire alarm one morning and when we got downstairs the lack of any response from the staff. Looked at the people outside in our pj's wondering what we were doing. Breakfast could have had wider choice Having to ask 3 times for a kettle and twice for additional pillows Need to be clearer on room description of openness of ensuite Lack of storage

A great place to stay in Zurich, easily accessible by public transport.

Hotel was easy to access via public transport. We liked the linked family rooms. Food in the evening was also very tasty. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

A mop or scraper to clear the floor of water in the wet room would have been helpful.

windows in the room were really cool with a nice view!

Unable to use streaming service (Netflix) on Smart TV. it’s 2023 and most people use streaming apps to watch entertainment on their downtime in hotels. This was shocking as this is a 4 star hotel in a 1st world country. when we asked about this at the front desk we got attitude which was completely un necessary.
