Great hotel would definitely recommend.

Hotel was spotless and staff were really polite and helpful. We had free access to pool sauna and hot tub.

Fabulous staff 100% recommend

I stayed here on the 30th Dec for 2 nights with my 10yr old son. From the minute we arrived we were met by a lovely lady at reception. Given chocolates on arrive and made us feel very welcome. The room was immaculate. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly too. We had a meal here new year's eve, it was delicious. A bit pricey though. The trams were only less than a 5 minute walk away. 100% recommend staying here.

Shampoo and conditioners are nice

Beds are to small, pillows are tiny and collapse under your head, no sound proofing whatsoever so you hear every door opening and closing, breakfast is poor quality Insisted on changing rooms after first twin we was given was set out like student accommodation and beds didn't even have headboards

Good stay, nothing to remark.

The room was good, the service at frontdesk was agile. It is ok connected with the rest of the city via the trams.

I wish the frontdesk would have informed me that with my stay, there was included a free transportation ticket. That would have save me and my partner a substantial % of the cost of the stay. We ended up buying day pass for both, for the length of the stay, when we could simply picked it up at reception, and saving in total 40 CHF. Also the breakfast is not worth the extra 25 CHF/person, you can get a much better deal outside. Its just convenient.

Excellent service that truly reflected Swiss quality!

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Zürich. One Mr. Chrisnos at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and professional, and the other lady at the reception was also very helpful and kind throughout my stay. I truly felt the taste of Swiss quality in the hotel’s service and atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

I had a most enjoyable stay and will definitely return.

The room was spacious, and offered everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the sauna, gym and spa area. The gym has state of the art equipment. The pool area is beautiful and has loungers to relax in.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay, except for the particular receptionists while checking in. They were not very friendly or helpful.

Overpriced, more like a 3star hotel

It’s ranked to be a 4 star hotel, but in my opinion it’s a 3. The staff was not nice on the phone when I called asking for the toiletries (there was almost nothing in the room) and even though I’m pregnant they asked me to come to the reception if I wanted them. For that value of money I think it’s completely overpriced and very poor quality of service.

The rooms are extremely small, bathrooms are not neat, they insisted on us making a damage deposit before they check us in after our check out they said nothing was damaged and that our money will be giving back to us we haven’t received money until date, The place was not smelling good at all also the bathroom is too close to where you sleep. One thing i noticed is that they only care about money and not the interest of the guest.

Not a lot of room in the bar area. We went to sit in the restaurant area for a drink as it was quieter but the bartender said that it was closed and to find an alternative table however there wasn't one so we had to leave.

Check-in staff arrogant. He did not understand our requirements and did not do anything to make our stay comfortable. Staff in the restaurant were also arrogant and didn’t want to accommodated our needs. Outside public were allowed in the health club which made it dirty. So cleanliness was not their priority and facilities reflected this and does not justify 4 star standard but the rates were 5 star prices. Also we were in the older part of the hotel which definitely needs updating.

Very pleasant stay

Full English, good quality buffet breakfast Whilst the hotel is located about 1.8km from the city centre, there is a choice of frequent and punctual public transport connections within 200m walking distance of the property, both tram and trolley-bus, which facilitate hassle-free access to all corners of Zurich. Clean and comfortable room. Because I made it clear that I was on a business trip, I was given a quiet room with views overlooking the hotel gardens and city. The dinner menu in the restaurant was excellent and the food was reasonably-priced and delicious.

The room could have been a little bigger, however I only paid for a standard room, and it was of the advertised size.

Pool was closed (looked like a last minute thing), bathroom had black mould on the tiles and besides the mirror, a bunch of tiny insects on the bathroom tiles and sink (thankfully none in the bed).

Locker in the room was unfunctional and not fixed even after reporting to staff.
