    1. Had to wait for 45 minutes and multiple follow-ups for check in including beyond 3 PM check-in time. 3. Upon reaching to the allotted room, i found it damn cold as the hotel management had not bothered to maintain temperature of the room in the winter as well (Nov.). Upon requesting to get the temperature of the room fixed there was initially very cold response from the front desk, and it took me almost 2 hours and so many follow-ups before they got a small heater into the room without fixing the heating system of the room. I later realised, apparently they had deliberately put the heating system off probably to save some bucks at the cost of minimum comfort the guest needed inside the room
