Location was ideal for walking into Zurich city centre and the tram stop was right outside the hotel. Local shops also across the road from the hotel. The room was lovely and warm. The receptionist was super helpful.

Good location and close to the tram stop with plenty of restaurants nearby, the staff were very helpful dealing with an issue that we had with noisy neighbours all night which kept us awake.
Unfortunately noisy group of people in the room which we learnt was a suite next to us, all night, this wasn't the fault of the hotel and the staff did their best to try to make resolve this with them to get them to be respectful. This isn't a reflection on the hotel however, just meant that my friend and I weren't able to sleep!
