Staff were friendly nothing was too much trouble It was well designed and comfortable The gym was fabulous and lots of local options for something quick to eat.

Room was too hot. Lack of options for sleeping. A light blanket as an option would have made my stay even more comfortable. Are people in Switzerland scared of being cold?

Everything you need in one stylish and retro hotel!

Hotel facilities were awesome - free washing machine and dryer, ice machine, great buffet breakfast, very spacious room and shower, great location and close to the supermarket. The overall hotel decor was very cool and the bar is worth grabbing a cocktail from!

Towels should be bigger to accommodate for people of larger size

Good location, inconveniences in the room

The location is great, at the shopping mall and supermarket. There was everything we needed in the kitchen.

It was very dark in the room and cold, there was one small window and no sunlight. no slippers, no telephone in the room. When we needed something, We had to go to the reception… I would not stay there again

A disaster. We checked out after 30 mins of our arrival.

I choose the hotel because of the SPA. Arrived at 18:00, I asked immediately to go to the spa, and the answer was: - the SPA close at 20.00, instead that 22:00 published on booking - the SPA was in renovating works, so is should be closed the day after (no possibility to use it) - The SPA was not in the hotel, but was is located in a shopping mall, outside the hotel, in a gym place. To reach the place, we have to walk outside in a square, enter into the mall, take a lift to the 4th floor, pass through the gym --> 8 min of walk! It was Sunday, the escalator didn't work and only one lift was available, we waited 4 mins the lift. We immediately left the hotel. No reimbursement (actually). It is a fraud: it is not mentioned that the SPA is in an External Shopping Mall at 8 mins walk of distance!

Average stay

Good location and very nice design of the reception. Close to a shopping mall but not noisy and close to a COOP super market. The tram station (tram 13) is literally in front of the hotel, takes you directly from the main train station and to the old part of the city. Nice touch with the mini bar, some beers, Coke Cola and water. Not refilled, but still a nice complementary. Large room and comfortable bed and pillows, a very good ventilation system.

The staff is nice but not too helpful, unless asked. No maps of the city (ran out of) at check-in, no information about wifi, breakfast or any other topic, unless clearly asked, no slippers unless requested at the front desk. In the first evening we realized that there was no refill of shower gel in the bottle. No room view, there was a wall and nothing but a wall.

Don’t title yourself as a 4 stars holdtel if you don’t provide luggage service!

Its location.

They don’t have enough room for parking, and the parking is not free and alternatively you’ll park at the mall parking which cost me around 85 Swiss Francs for two days and half. They do not have a drop-off area in front of the hotel, making it difficult to easily unload your luggage. This means you have to carry your luggage from the parking area by yourself.

A thoughtfully designed hotel, centrally located with great breakfast AND a LAUNDRY ROOM!

The design in the hotel is just lovely. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, was immaculate - a wonderful selection of foods that were both delicious and high quality. The location is incredible, as it was right next to a tram line that takes you directly to the main train stain, and from a Coop store, which offers food in the event that you don't want to eat at the hotel. Everything was especially functional and thoughtfully designed. The pièce de résistance, however, was the laundry room. It was absolutely everything I needed, exactly when I needed it. This was the first and only hotel I've been to thus far, that took the extra step to think about their guests' laundry needs, and for that, you get a 10/10 in my book.

Great location and beautiful designed hotel friendly staff

The lobby, bar and couch seating areas are beautiful, well-thought design. However, the room we stayed didn’t feel like how the photos and websites described. It felt a bit out-dated, some broken handles and lack of comfy seats.

Initially. We booked this specific room that has a couch so my mom can rest well after long day walking. However, the room we were assigned to only had one chair. The staff was very nice and sent another chair right upon request. But I feel like the value and the amount we paid didn’t match.

The location is very good. It is steps from the tram stop and has multiple places to eat or shop in the same complex.

Rooms are a bit dark. The cleaning staff was not predictable. One night we came back, and we didn't have any towels. Another time we didn't have glasses and one towel, another time we didn't have coffee. The hotel reception was very gracious in refilling whatever we needed, but it was also annoying after a long day. It also bothered me a bit that they only served beer in small glasses, but what can you do if that's all they can provide?

Warm decoration, excellent restaurant and rooms. Surrounded by a shopping mall with very convenient shops and a supermarket. 30 minutes walk to old downtown and easy public transport option.

The decor is funky and well designed - our room had everything and was a decent size

Parking! Only a small number of places allocated for the hotel. We therefore had to park in the shopping mall - however it was free whereas the hotel would have charged us!

Chique design, very friendly staff, really beautiful bar to relax and drink something, the area is great because you have so many shops and food options right infront of the door, very comfortable beds and clean room, very good experience and highly recommendable

The floor in the kitchen and bathroom is very cold in Winter so it would've been nice if there had been guest slippers. The room is very dark and the windows small, not much light during the day.

New hotel. Very eclectic style. Good coffee maker. Good hair dryer. At the entrance to a good shopping mall. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful lobby and bar area. Good parking place beneath the shopping mall.

Not near the center of Zurich. The view from the window was of an office building, so the curtains had to be closed while in the room. The sink area was tiny, so we had hardly any place to put toiletries on. Lights were not enough to see stuff.
