    I was surprised to discover everything had to be done online upon my arrival – check-in is done on a web app where you only get to scan the QR code at the lobby of this mixed use building (luckily I arrived in the day time and the door wasn't locked yet). It's quite inconvenient as you need to access your booking number every time you needed to take the elevator and / or open any door (front or room doors). The room itself is spacious and clean, but only has one shower gel + body wash bottle. The furniture is moveable with buttons, which adjusts the configuration of the room, but is controlled by sensors, which renders the mechanism useless when they're blocked. Assistance is available through WhatsApp during working hours, and the staff was quick to respond and helpful. Everything is in German, including the TV menu. The location is about a 20 - 30 minute tram ride away from the city, so while the price is lower, just expect additional travel time with nothing much in the area.
