Close to main railway station. In the room, there was iron and ironing board, which was a nice surprise
We had a room which was supposed to be a suite with a mini bar. Well, there was an empty fridge, but I would not promote it as a mini bar. The room was also quite small for a suite. But the biggest shock was, that our room was in the basement together with the laundry room and we could hear every door slamming. From the organizational point of view, the team forgot to send us the access code and I had to remind them and they also forgot to inform the staff in the restaurant that we have also pre-paid breakfast.

Metrodan çıkar çıkmaz 5 dakikada oteldesiniz kimseye ihtiyaç yok direkt şifrenizi girip odanıza çıkıyorsunuz. Tertemizdi yatak yastık yorgan hepsi çok rahattı ! Klima konforluydu.

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado y el personal del desayuno te atiende muy bien pero la limpieza de la habitación dejo qué desear. No habían cambiado las sábanas de la cama y estaban manchadas y la habitación tenía polvo y tuve que coger una toalla y pasar a muebles y suelo para quitar el polvo, una vez que lo hice respiré mejor. Se lo comenté al alojamiento y solo cambiaron las bolsas de las papeleras nada más. El personal de limpieza no limpió nada.
