Never again!!

Automation, having the codes for the rooms is nice. Great parking spot.

Got not the room I booked. The picture on Booking.com showing a completly different room, all of them. When complaining I got the reply that it is the room I booked. The space you have when trying to enter the shower is unacceptable, there are only 20cm you need to squeeze yourself through. Carpet was not clean and the bathroom sink as well.

Würde wieder kommen

Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber und modern, große Küche um selbst etwas zu kochen.

Korrespondenz gestaltete sich mühsam, da erforderliche links zum Einchecken und Parken im Schriftverkehr entfernt waren. Musste mehrmals nachfragen bis endlich vollständige Nachricht ankam. Für 2 Personen wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten bei Mänteln und Jacken.

Oltre le aspettative.

C'è da premettere che prima della permanenza la struttura mi ha contattato dicendomi che per problemi tecnici doveva spostarmi in un'altra sistemazione fuori dal centro di Zurigo. Ho accettato perché in quel periodo era tutto molto pieno. Tuttavia la nuova sistemazione è stata molto apprezzata ugualmente, perché esattamente sopra una fermata della ferrovia che conduce in centro. Appartamento di design molto ben curato, elegante, con bagno nuovo a vista e piccolo salottino. Comodissimo anche il piccolo cucinino dotato di tutto ciò che potrebbe servire per cucinare in caso di necessità.

La mancanza di personale fisico in caso di necessità, anche se da remoto sono sempre a disposizione.

O que não gostei foi o duche que não corria praticamente água... para tomar duche demorei quase 30 minutos por o caudal ser muito pouco. A decoração também podia melhorar O elevador é minúsculo

Cuidado. Não confie na administração do hotel, eles podem te realocar.

A acomodação é boa, porém a administração é ridícula.

Reservei um quarto numa unidade do centro e de última hora me transferiram pra outra. Provavelmente porque os preços subiram muito depois que fiz a reserva, então deram um jeito de me realocar para outra unidade. Isso alterou todo o planejamento que eu tinha feito, inclusive na minha chegada, pois eu tinha uma passagem de trem paga até o desembarque próximo ao hotel, e quando eles me mudaram de lugar eu pedi pra pelo menos pagarem um taxi ou transfer até o hotel, mas negaram.
