Unclean and very unpleasant

The location is very good, 2 minutes walk from the train station which can take you to Zurich main train station.

The apartment was extremely dirty, I walked in my socks for less than 10 seconds and my socks were filled with dirt and hair, this was as soon as I arrived so I knew it wasn’t me. The kettle was dirty, there were no utensils in the kitchen and no coffee pods but they had a coffee machine. There were insects crawling on the floor, surfaces and walls and there was so much dust due to the fluffy bed frame. The area where the bin was had a foul odor and I needed the close it very quickly so it doesn’t spread around the room.

The room was small. We initially had problems with access code and changed rooms. I initially booked a larger room but somehow got the very small one. Not enough room for an accessible room for disabled.

Fair for the amount of money paid, don’t expect a lot

The price is fair, the apartment is big, the location next to a train station and other good restaurants and supermarkets

The apartment was not clean, smelled like smoke, cigarettes were still in the apartment when we checked in, sometime noisy due to the train. We need to pay extra 42 CHF for early check in. The communication with the staff before the check in was not ideal.

The receptionist at the time I booked in was racist. It appears the difference from her treating us and white people. She is not suitable for a this type role in a hotel

Nobody cared if my stay was Ok,but received 3 emails that late check-out will be charged in addition

The apartment looked nice and modern, the beds were comfortable.

It is written everywhere that there is a reception on the 7th floor, in reality there is no reception. If you have any problem, for example a clogged drain in your bathroom, there is nobody to help. You are advised by the restaurant staff to call customer service from your own telephone. The recommended parking is very expensive.

Good but self checkin makes it a bit challenging

The apartment is near to Glattbrugg station. Very clean and modern with AC.

The fact that there is 0 employees available onsite to reach out for some quick. When in our apartment we noticed the iron box was missing. It was a Sat Eve. By the time I contacted, no one was available to pickup. When it was raised in chat, this issue was overlooked. On Sun morning when they picked up, they didn't have employees coming In till 10am to give iron box. By the time our use of iron was already passed. If there was a reception in the building this could have been fulfilled Sat Eve. But waiting on phone, getting connected and confirming the issue took its time. Which made the resolution pointless for us. Also the area and folks roaming about, makes it feel a bit unsafe for families.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at the hotel specially for women

Location is pretty good. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We feel a huge security glitch staying here. There are a group of creepy guys in the corridor passing vulgar comments towards women. They attacked our female group members in front of their apartment standing outside the room, knocking them and chasing them towards the elevator and then forcefully entering the elevator. We asked for help but there was no people around to help us. We are supposed to call police but we’re very tired after long concert.

Reasonable but could / should have been better had Tv worked and curtains fixed - new pillows also required.

Modern well set out apartment - shower very nice. Adjacent to trams and railway.

Code didn’t work to room, had to ring company to assist, this was done promptly to be fair. Pillows were very poor, TV did not have a signal for both days. Also, curtains were hanging off the wall allowing light in, the same happened with friends in another room.

Beware - potential scam

I booked an apartment for a couple of nights, price was low for Zurich but didn't think much of it. Once I checked in my wife noticed that the toilet seat had some stains. She tried to clean it out but the stains stayed. We didn't think much of it beside the place needing more maintenance. Now after two weeks vision apartments is emailing me directly asking me to pay for the toilet seat for 295 francs! This is comical

Great place to stay , clean and comfortable, easily connected.

Excellent place, within few minutes from the airport , well connected to the city. Also some food places nearby. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. All the amenities were available. Parking is available on prebooking.

Switches in the room are a bit confusing. They provide you with a service book which has all the relevant information, if it includes the instructions about switches then it would be better.

The situation was strange, often there is no reception for the hotel, there is a bar and a restaurant on the seventh floor, maybe if you would like to cover you with a little information, everything is an email showing the room number as well as the code, and act alone, there is no adaptation, there is no adaptation, we are in May and the weather seems hot, the room is very small

it was worth it but we missed our bus! so...

It is worth to pay for booking such room.

Two disadvantages of this accommodation were 1) no comprehensive guideline for checking out! On the email they have sent us we could not see that what exactly should do for checking out, and we were ready to bus station, suddenly in the lift my friend saw there is a notice for penalty for not taking out the garage! You know it was so late! We finally missed the train to HB and then missed the bus to our country! 2) there were no sponge or liquid for washing the dishes! When we went back to take out the garbage, so I washed the dishes by only water and hand! We were totally confused! It was better to see all protocol for checking out on the email once!

A small price for a great experience

The hotel is near the airport and near the light rail/regular train, bus stops, convenience stores and gas stations. Which makes its location perfect for going on trips. The room is soundproof and you can't notice the noise from the outside at all, which is great. The room was big, beautiful and clean. And included everything you can think of as an apartment such as a kettle and an excellent espresso machine and way more... There is a cheap restaurant on the seventh floor that also serves good breakfasts.

We are a good friends, and we didn't really like that there isn't too much privacy in the bathroom and shower (a semi-transparent door that doesn't really seal the noise)

bad customer service, despite requests to check the tv that would not even start they failed to even come on site and only on the day I was checking out after i asked they said the repair required time to fix… and again after I asked they offered 5% discount on my next trip as compensation, really?

I have no code or other information to get in apartment.it was booked thee month ago but didn’t ask for any id.when I phoned them they were asking my id for verification. Not only me there were a lot of customer who don’t have their room number.they need to import it.

It’s close to train/tram stations (using back door) with 3 supermarkets nearby.

Tiny studio but got all I needed and it’s clean. Also, got a small kitchen and can cook simple meals.

The location was good, next to Glattbrugg train and tram stations, and in my case close to the office; some convenience stores around. Also service was very good, and definitely value for money. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

The building doesn’t look very nice, a bit dirty, actually. Not a very welcoming place in my opinion.

Visionapartments stylish and class apart

Everything about this place was perfect 👌 Best was its close proximity to the station. Within its own backyard. The reception and restaurant is on the 7th floor and the decor and service is v good. They have an option of keeping your luggage post check out.

Excellent location and very high standard of facilities made stay very restful

The facilities were of a very high standard and once I had arranged to get the code to allow me entry to the complex then everything was very good.

Breakfast was not included as far as I was aware. It was rather irritating to be asked repeatedly in additional emails to supply identification which was done immediately I received the initial request and that this meant also that no access details were sent until I rang on the day of my arrival.
