Great location, cold place

The location is great, enough showers for everyone.

There is a door beside the beds that has a patio. You are told you have a capsule with a patio but the door is always open along with a window and in the winter is super cold.

An amazing night in Zürich

The experience was super positive, the location is strategic it means you can moving around the city easy, the place it is very comfortable from the on-line check-in to the check-out! The clean up it also fine! You can find in the bathroom towel and detergents for the shower.

The heating system it is noisy. :(

the capsule bed is quite big. it can even fit 3 pax in a double sized capsule. Prime location. The lady reception is helpful and kind. common bathroom is clean.

the whole room stinks a bit bcs of some foot odor. everyone is removing their footwears inside the room where the capsules are located.

Nice to lay over but not luggage friendly

Absence of a proper pantry and locker storage space are very limited, not cater 1 for each pax stay. Shower water was button operated which we need to press every 10sec. Doesnt have a lounge. And space to open luggage is very limited too.

Bathroom dirty Bins full of Floor wet Need to tell the foreigners such as Japenese Asian to not eat and make noise in the room. I slept from 1:30 to 5:30 because of the 3 Asian people next to me.

Good location but a hostel situation

Location was great and price for were it is.

My back is broken from the super thin mattress! And the climb up & down from top bunk was an experience that I don’t wish to do again but that is probably cos I am 40+ woman who isn’t as flexible as I used to be! Haha…but was a good atmosphere with all the youngsters and my daughter loved the experience.

Excellent hostel in the heart of Zürich

Great capsule hostel in the heart of Zürich. Very comfortable beds, good locker which you open with your key card, big enough to hold a trolley (Hand luggage size) and a backpack. Staff is friendly, there is a vending machine with snacks and beverages on the entrance. Feels quite safe. The location is excellent, good connected to Zürich, park and a lake nearby. Good value for money in this incredible expensive city. Bathroom was quite clean. Beds were very comfortable and you have a socket inside your capsule and a small area to keep your valuables close to you. I´ve been to several capsule hostels in Japan and this is just as good.

Great value but be aware

Great location, good communication from hotel. Good value compared to other options available to us in Zurich. Bed comfortable for what it is. Great large lockers for storing luggage.

I'm travelling with my 13 year old daughter. Assumed (wrongly or rightly) that it would be a single sex dorm but it wasn't. I feel this should be very clearly stated at booking as I wouldn't have booked staying with my daughter with strange men extremely close. Showers where also to dress are tiny! I'm small and it was difficult for me. Also looking a bit old and mildewy/mould in one of them. Checkout time is 10am, so quite early, with check in time 2pm..so a 4 hr window for cleaning/turnaround time. I was woken at 8.15am by continual talking..thinking someone isn't aware of/following the rules of the dorm. But no, it was the cleaner...stripping the vacant capsules and talking continuously on her phone. Absolutely not appropriate...being noisy and basically waking everyone up..surely she shouldn't be cleaning/stripping beds etc until 10am?

Comfy and clean

It was my first capsule hostel experience. Although I don't like closed spaces, it didn't feel catastrophic. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also tidy and hygienic. Although there was only a curtain for privacy, it felt safe and I didn't have any problems with noise. I was worried about the socket, but there were both Swiss and European sockets. The reception was polite. The location was very close to the center.

The price was a bit expensive (but that's the case for the whole country 🤷‍♀️) I would have preferred to keep the suitcases close to my bed instead of keeping them in a closet outside the rooms. I think it's a hassle every time I want to buy something.

Great choice

Great choice to spend a few nights in the city centre. Really well located and connected with public transport. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The place was new and clean, silent, staff was friendly. I would repeat again if I come back in the future.

The showers cubicules were a bit narrow and the A/C was a bit too cold.

Ok but expensive for what it is

The location is great, right in the old town of Zurich. All the sights. restaurants, train station, etc. are within the walking distance. Having AC in the room made the hot summer night comfortable.

I booked a female dorm. I have stayed in many female dorms in hostels during my travels and when I book a female dorm, I expect a separate room (with a specific key/card) for females only. In this hostel, the female "dorm" was a section of a massive room with males in it, separated only by a curtain. This is not a female dorm, false advertising. Lockers are located at the reception which is super inconvenient place to keep your belongings. Mattress was so think I could feel the wood underneath.

Just a bed in a convenient location

Situated in a convenient location in the Old Town, so near all the main sights, plenty of restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of the main train station. Towels were provided.

The lockers were in reception away from the capsules. The mattress was quite thin. Quite expensive for what you get.

Hostel, not capsule hotel

I should have looked at photos more carefully, but this is really a hostel, NOT a capsule hotel. 15 or so beds in a room, covered by curtains with see-through chains. Not sound or light proof. There were some food wrappers in my bed from the previous guest. Every other capsule hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland or abroad has a private door for each bed. For a hostel, it is good but not nearly worth the price

Terrible experience

The location

This hostel is terrible. I don't understand the good rating. It's dirty with not enough bathrooms. It's a weird hostel without common areas and only two rooms (three but one separated by one curtain). The staff don't care about you. Actually you never see them. And when you see them they don't show you the hostel around or anything. Besides that, I couldnt check in online and had to wait for almost 30 minutes because the receptionist was not there and I couldnt check in. I had to call to an international number to get a code to be able to enter my room. On top of that, the lockers are outside the room. You basically have no place to organize your stuff. If I were the owner I would definitely improve the cleaniness and maybe hire more staff, besides improving the rooms.

My stay was okay. I was just here overnight.

The location was a 15 minute walk from Zurich HB and make sure your luggage can handle the cobblestones. It is easy to find the hotel. It has a good view in front of Limmat river and the sounds/ noise can be a little bit uncontrolled during the day because of how busy the area is. My capsule was clean and it has the basics for a space like charging outlet, bedside light, mirror, and spot where you can hang stuff.

unfortunately the air conditioning was not working on the night i stayed in and it was like a oven sleeping in the capsule. The staff could not fix it since the afternoon when they mentioned they will take care of it.

I think I don't like the blanket was too thick for summer and there is no aircon, actually no aircon is fine the temperature was still cooler, would have been good if the blanket is not the typical cold season blanket. I sweat the night and disturbing my sleep

A convenient place to stay!

The property was in a good part of Zurich and extremely close to a train station that could get me directly to the airport (Bahnhof Stadelhofen). The staff were nice as well, the wifi worked well, and the bathrooms were clean.

I found it to be a bit expensive for a hostel or capsule hotel. I also found it irritating how I had to keep pressing the shower button every few seconds for the water to stay on. Otherwise, pretty much everything else was good.

Staff were helpful, engaging and pleasant. There's absolutely no issue with them, friendly and cheerful.

The setup of the capsules do not provide privacy and dignity among its customers. It is absolutely cramped and there's just too many people allocated in one room at least 20 capsules in each room, top and bottom bunk altogether. It's not even sectioned in 4's or 6's if they want to allocate all 20 capsules altogether. It's not spaced properly, ridiculously cramped. And with customers that do not respect cleanliness and hygiene, you will be affected as you're on the same space altogether whereas if there was enough room to allocate and space out in sections of perhaps 6 capsules per side of the room then it will be at least acceptable like how the capsules are actually allocated in Japan. There's no kitchen to heat food on, let alone a microwave oven at the very least. The toilet and shower facilities are an absolute mockery. The showers should be separate from the toilets, there's not enough space to move around and there's just not a good supply of toiletries and towels. It's just mind blowing. And the price per capsule is unacceptable. There's no space for large luggage for storage, you either get allocated a top or a bottom cabinet so if you're only left with the top cabinet, your large luggage can stay out in the open. There's no 24-hour reception and you're not allowed to store your luggage if you arrive earlier than check-in time. It's also not wheelchair-accessible so you better not bring a heavy luggage or you'll be climbing up and down the stairs.

Not too friendly, seeing no reception staffs, except the houskeeper lady

The location is nice, near almost everything, in the city centre, got a balcony with river view

The blanket is too small, cannot cover my leg (im 1.75m - not that tall) and its not even cover my leg too small, so got cold at night The door code at lobby (to enter the building) is exactly at checkout time (10:00am) so it means they not let you enter to simply sit down at the lobby rest a bit after check out
