Price and location
no A/C in the room and got really hot in afternoon and night

The location, Omer at reception was very helpful and friendly. The shower area was good too. A balcony was a bonus. Good charging plug sockets, laptop table. It did not feel too small.
I only stayed for 1 night, excellent for a short stay.
The privacy issue for me a slight problem. Only curtain between male and female areas. J had lock system in another capsule hotel, I had assumed it was going to be the same, but wasn't. I guess, it is safe but you have to be still careful with your safety, The curtain was a bit flimsy, not solid , the one just covers your bed entry. I would have preferred a little door which locks, and you enter with a code really. Also, the lockers were near the reception, I would have preferred a bit more secluded area near where I sleep etc.

We did not have breakfast.
This is a hostel. The rules are very visible however some guests do not realize they are not alone and go to the bathroom wearing underwear.
