There is no one in the property, it is self service but they are a phone call away. Location is very convenient to the train station less than 10 minute walk and the grocery store. It is safe as well and the unit we have was clean.

No air conditioning. The fan they gave me was disgustingly covered in dust and dirt. Was not helpful. Was very hard to even get ahold of the property. very warm inside.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was okay for a budget option. The location is excellent - very close to Oerlikon train station (just 2 minutes walk) and good transport links to the city center. The apartment was spacious and had basic kitchen facilities
However, without a car, you're really stuck in a pretty bland area with limited nearby options for food or entertainment. You have to take transport everywhere, which gets expensive quickly in Zurich.
Several issues affected our stay: the WiFi was not so good especially for calls and video calls. It was very noisy at night from both the street and neighboring apartments including the curtains which were sheer so light came through. The apartment got uncomfortably hot with poor ventilation, and the provided fan was inadequate.
