This hotel ticked al the boxes for us.

Front desk staff were super-friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice. Hotel was an acceptable walking distance from the central old town area.

Zurich is a beautiful city to visit and this was the perfect location.

Near the fine arts museum, lovely residential neighborhood with loads of food shops within walking distance, small fridge in room, plenty of space, comfortable. The tram is nearby but we walked to the main train station (30 minutes).

The decor is very plain. No decaf in the room.

For a one night stay, this place served its purpose.

The location itself was convenient and the surrounding area were very pleasant.

The room lighting was too dim, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat gloomy. The tea bags appeared to be packaged some time ago and may have been left at the dock for a while, though the flavor was acceptable. Our room was located on the first floor right next to a busy road; fortunately, it was a rainy night, so we were able to close the window and reduce the noise.

The breakfast was delicious! The staff was attentive and gentle. The room was good, comfortable to sleep and shower. The ammenities in the room were perfect. Easy location to take buses and move around and also to walk.

The room had columns in the middle, which were a little bit strange.

Hotel Was very close to easy transportation

A/C for 2 hot nights was unacceptable. It was No mode that a modified fan that only sent out cold air about 5 mins an hour. It was unacceptable , and left Me exhausted from bad sleep in a hot room

Overall we’re happy with our stay.

It’s clean. Good size room. It’s got a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold and store food. The staff were friendly. Convenient to take the tram to the Zurich HB station.

Need more hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes while you’re taking a shower or even hanging wet towels. We were feeling quite hot and when I asked the front desk that we don’t feel the air conditioner, the front desk lady helped us and gave us the remote control to use the AC. However, we don’t feel it getting cold and the remote wouldn’t let us adjust the temperature of the AC. It’s just stuck on the same number and we couldn’t feel it become cold. We ended up opening the windows instead but you can hear outside noise.

Very comfortable beds, good little kitchen area and lovely large shower.

The pillows were all feathered and 2 of the guests have allergies. Would have been nice to have an option.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Zurich

Perfect location, easy access to local tram network right outside hotel with local bakeries on the Main Street too. Spotless room. Loved the separate wet room for your shower

Very comfortable rooms

Staff at the front desk were very polite and friendly. Because we had just flown 21hours, the lady at the front desk changed our room to the quieter side of the hotel which was amazing. The room was large with a lounge area with a couch. Bed was comfy.

Efficient European hotel @ a reasonable price for Zurich. Close to public transportation.

We were able to walk to downtown old town, which is beautiful. We felt safe in the/this neighborhood setting. The staff were very nice & helpful. We arrived before check in time, & were able to store our luggage @ the hotel; the staff notified us as soon as our room became available for early check in:)

We were in a room that was next to a busy street. The road noise quiets down when the window was closed, but it was a warm day so we needed the window open. I slept with ear plugs in, then it was no problem.

Don't order breakfast

There was a very rude man in charge of breakfast. He was constantly hovering around, watching everything we ate and commenting on it. On the second day, he told me to eat less from their absurdly expensive breakfast while violating my personal space by patting me on the back. Completely unprofessional.

Exceeded expectations. Perfect to reach central Zurich and main train station

This place definitely surpassed my expectations. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The best was the location just a 10min car ride from the Zurich Hbf train station and also close to Old Town. There is also a tram station about 100 feet away. Excellent value for money considering how expensive Zurich is. The beds were very nice. Although the space was small, it was very clean, this place gave us very good comfort for a couple of nights.

The breakfast could use a lit bit of variety, although the price with breakfast included is very reasonable. The space is small, but that it is usually what you get in a city like Zurich.

Spacious room to stay comfortably

Spacious room for a family of 4 to stay with enough space to open luggage. There is even a microwave and cutlery in the room.

The pillows are soft. The hotel is not the closest to Zürich main train station, will need to take a tram to reach but the hotel is close enough to the tram station.

A lovely homey hotel near the kunsthaus

Lovely hotel- rather small and homey, extremely clean, very quiet, and very nice staff. It is not super central but this was not a problem because it is only a few bus stops from the center. I would highly recommend it

I can find nothing bad to say about this hotel - only the fact that there are no restaurants near it and it takes a 10 minutes bus ride to the city center in order to eat dinner. The good side of this is that te hotel is very quiet and this is a big plus

Pleasant and cosy over all.

Excellent location, a few tram stops away from train station, 10-15 minutes walk distance from city center, clean, room well equiped, the hotel surrounded by cosy streets. 3 nice cofee-bakeries around.

My (single) room was very small indeed and being in the attic I kinda hit the inclined walls with my head a couple of times.
