Booked this hotel for a short vacation with my wife and baby. The location and promise of a great view caught my eye. room was very large. on a clear day , the view is spectacular!
I've stayed in dozens of Swiss hotels; the cleanliness of this hotel was not on par to Swiss standards . also some markings on the walls and furniture, something i haven't encountered in Switzerland before. the hotel is at the top of a carless mountain; this is extremely important as they under no amount of pressure will give you a lift to the top with the luggage car, and this they say is binding them according to the local laws; so me my wife and 2 small children had to climb the grueling 20 minute hike with a double stroller! so not a small child friendly hotel in this regard. other then that , no complaints.

The views from the hotel were unforgettable.
The outside area of the hotel was very well put together, had an amazing vibe and constantly had nice and relaxing music playing in the background.
The restaurant had outstanding service and the qualify of food was amazing.

The location is amazing. I wish there were more opportunities for getting back to the hotel via transportation or cable car, but nothing runs back up, so it is hard for some people (taxi also does not take you)
The price is steep, especially $75 dinners per person, you have to be ready for not having other restaurant options around, other than 2 hours down the hill
