The apartment is in an excellent location and was pristinely clean. Unfortunately I was there during extremely warm temperatures (38 degrees) and it was very hot. However, the staff kindly provided a fan which helped somewhat. The bathroom is beautiful and the apartment was very well equipped generally. There was flexibility from the staff which was appreciated and the ability to re-code a key was well received given I had left my original one in the room by mistake. Recommended

Loved the location which is so close to the lake and also walkable to centre but also a tram stop right outside. The balcony was amazing and such a great feature of this apartment. Fan provided as was very hot weather when we stayed.
Option for more pillows would be good.

The lift is a bit tight but then was glad they have one.

It had a really bad smell inside the appartement… no idea what that was… the couch was uncomfortable…
