Absolutely great experience!
The reception team was amazing. A receptionist (originally from Romania) was speaking multiple languages, I watched him delivering an excellent 1:1 approach with each guest, showing on the map places to go, offering late checks in and individual room selection. Wow! 10-star service.
The breakfast service was outstanding. The manager Mohammed has built a strong team. As someone who used to work in hospitality on a senior role I can share my gratitude confidently.

Three months after the stay and we’re still obsessed.
Our group of two families traveled all the way from Brazil, and got the true essence of hospitality at the Renaissance Tower.
Beyond the effortless parking and those Superior Rooms with the stunning views, it was the soul of the place that set it apart.
Huge shoutout to Panagiotis at the front desk.
His welcome was so profound and his assistance so comprehensive that he literally ensured every single one of us had the time of our lives.
We just can't wait to go back.
