The location was great. The breakfast and staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean.
I understand that Switzerland is not normally so hot but the heatwave was unbearable. We were barely able to sleep even with fans and opening the window at night did not help and only let mosquitoes in.

The reception was nice and friendly, hotel was in a good location for us to reach the airport early the next day. Breakfast was great and had a good selection and offerings.
The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, after 5pm there is no staff to assist so issues encountered were left unanswered and during our stay there was a heat wave and other than a small fan that didn't do much, we were not given any tools to make our stay cooler. even the blankets supplied were too thick for such temperatures, which affected our sleep at night.
