Very comfortable bed, pleasant smelling toiletries, wonderful diverse breakfast with hot options (omelette, pancakes). The district where the hotel is located is quiet and has some visually appealing architectural buildings.
The pillows could‘ve been more comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay at Sorell Hotel Rex Zürich. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to check in earlier at no extra charge and to leave our car in the hotel parking until 5 PM on the day of departure. These small gestures made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Breakfast and the homemade bread was fantastic!
Staff needs to learn to great. Cleanliness needs improvement, i.e. German style.

Clean room and great to have a fridge and kettle in the room.
It advertised as having washing / laundry services and we were desperate to wash by the time we arrived as we had planned this hotel as a stop for this reason. When we arrived I asked where the laundry was and was told they don’t have the washing services. I said you advertise it and was told they need to take that off their advertising and advised we should have washing in Paris before we left as laundromats are expensive and hard to find in Switzerland 😡
