An excellent hotel in a pleasant location just outside the city centre. Friendly helpful staff - lift wasn’t working when we arrived but we were allocated a new room on a lower floor. Good breakfast and a great dinner at a local Italian restaurant

Wonderful small hotel in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of ETH and old town, very friendly staff, great breakfast selection - all very fresh and locally sourced.

Rooms ok. 20 min walk in to the old town. Uphill if coming from the train station. Reception only manned until 5pm ridiculous. Only online registration if arriving after 5pm. No idea how that works. Receptionist mentioned an app but no info about that when booking with external company. I would think that is important info to share before booking. Didn’t have breakfast as left too early. Would recommend you stay nearer The Old Town.
