I do not recomend this hotel

Very difficult to find the hotel we have arrived night time was very cold and raining its is impossible to walk to the hotel on night inside the florets no illumination, no assistance from the hotel. we do have to park the car on the rod parking and walk we couldn't find the way to reach the hotel my Daugherty was crying so much she was thought we got lost. i do not recommend this hotel. after 1 hour trying to get the hotel we give up and went back to another hotel.

Great property in a wonderful location!

Wonderful property. Just outside a tram station and around 3 stops from the station. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was wonderful too. Everything was great. There is a lovely middle eastern restaurant just opposite the hotel called Sim Sim City - which is fantastic! Check out was super simple too. All in all a great stay!

If it is a 4 stars hotel, the breakfast is just ok.

Since Zurich is a hilly city, the hotel 's location is up the hill, if you want to walk to the hotel from center, it is 18mins walk up hill, but you can take tram, it is 3 stops cost $5.60euro for return. we got X01 room, it is next to the lift, it was very noise, avoid it . we paid 4 stars price, but 2 stars facilities, thank God, we only stay one night.

Perfect for a short City Trip!

Comfortable single room with everything I needed, even with a french balcony. Good air-condition. The bathroom was tiny, but fine for me. Location on a busy street (Tram every 5 min), ask for a quiet room. Must have let windows closed during nights. Walking distance (15-20 min) to the centre - or take the Tram. Extremly friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom could have been larger but this was at least no problem for me because it offered everything you would expect.

Wedding night

I've booked this hotel very last minute as a surprise for my future husband after getting married at city hall. The receptionist included a free breakfast for the next morning which was wonderful and includes everything one needs. Only two minutes after we got into our rooms he appeared with two glasses of champagne. I unfortunately didn't memorize the name of this wonderful gentleman but he was on duty Thursday, September 4th in the evening around 7pm. Thank you so much! Merci viel Mal!! :)

Perfect

The hotel is right under a tram stop that connects it to the city centre in just 5min. Our room was amazing, we had a spacious and modern bathroom too. The AC was working perfectly and we were offered a bottle of water. Receptionist was helpful and kind!

All comforts were found in the room, but a mini fridge would have been nice, considering summers are getting hotter.

This is NOT a Four Star Hotel. It’s a One and a Half at Best.

The City Tram Stop was in front of the hotel.

The Air Conditioning System was non-existent. If you like to sleep in a cool room DO NOT book at this Hotel. When we called the front desk they brought us a fan and told us to open the Window. If I were offered a free night in this Hotel I wouldn’t go back. STAY AWAY!!

Good place, friendly staff

The hotel is located near tram stop, so very convenient to go to/from Zurich HBB railway station or to the Old town. Everything was good. There is a restaurant in the building where you can have a breakfast or even dinner.

Very good value for money, about 20 minute walk to the city centre, good size room and bathroom. Overall a good stay.

Only a minor thing but very thick pillows, would have been better to have 2 than 1 very large one!

Exceptional

The room was so well maintained and cleaned it felt in mint condition, with well thought-through and conveniently laid out amenities (how often do hotels have no towel rail/hook within reach of the shower, or power sockets in usable places!), very comfortable and peaceful. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel's in a pleasant area of the city, 20 mins' walk or a short tram ride from the main station, a little uphill from the river, and 5 mins' walk from an excellent pizzeria.
