Couldn’t open the suitcase in the room had to take my bag into the corridor the open it, Views of a housing estate looks like Grimsby, uk 3 chairs in the room you couldn’t swing a cat in Pricing for food insane, 200 hunid euro for 2 curry’s and one rice, maybe 3 drinks. No thanks Upstairs club is cool, but the cigar room is filthy, overflowing ashtrays, no bartender behind the bar, glasses all over the place. Never been more displeased with a booking

Nice location and clean facilities, but too many issues made the stay uncomfortable — not planning to return

• Great location: Only about 10 minutes from downtown, which made it easy to explore the city. • Smooth check-in: The process was quick and hassle-free. • Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were both clean and well-maintained. • Comfortable bed: The bed was cozy and provided decent sleep when the room temperature allowed it. • Good facilities: The hotel has nice amenities that add value to the stay.

• Very small room: The space was too tight, making it hard to move around comfortably. • No air conditioning: This was a major issue. The whole building lacks proper AC. During my stay, it was extremely hot, and the room felt unbearable. I had to request a fan, which only helped a little. • Poor room service food: I tried several items from the in-room dining menu, but unfortunately, none of them met expectations — very disappointing. • Unreliable luggage service at check-out: I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to collect my luggage. With my driver arriving in just a few minutes. • Useless wardrobe space: The closet was incredibly small and impractical. Even as a solo guest, I couldn’t fit my clothes inside properly — and the door wouldn’t even close. I can’t imagine how two guests would manage. • Malfunctioning safe box: Upon check-in, the in-room safe wasn’t working. I reported it right away, but it wasn’t fixed until the third day of my stay. This should’ve been checked and addressed before a guest checks in — basic hospitality. Conclusion: Despite a few positives, the negatives—especially around comfort, storage, temperature, and basic in-room functionality—outweighed the good parts. I would not stay here again, and I gave it a 3-star rating.

Noise in the room from aircondition and refrigrator and the response to deal with it was very slow. Bad behaivior from some of the reception staff. No place for travelling bag. Wrong calculation of my final invoice, I sent a comblaint to them and waiting for their answer.

Staff were kind, food in our favourite italian restaurant was very good and there was nice surrounding of the hotel. We appreciated indoor pool & spa.

Amazing facilities.

Amindra and Maria were a star team helping my elder parents with complex needs and kindness. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Zurich.

HQ should invest in longer shower glass but it’s really not a big deal. The house cleaning is great so it all works out.

The best service in all of Zurich. I had complex luggage requirements because my parents over packed and they more than accommodated us to help make our multi country trip easy. The house cleaning was perfect. Felt like a second home. 5 stars to Amindra and Maria for making everything easy on us.

Beautiful hotel, they need to give their customers more attention, it doesn’t matter how much they’ve payed

The hotel was beautiful, very chic, and elegant.

We had a problem with the bathroom flooded , the shower drain was clogged. They said it was fixed, it was not, we needed to change rooms, then the TV didn’t work and they didn’t had any maintenance at night. They finally gave 1 of our rooms 1 night free.

Zimmerausstattung war komfortabel und die Betten bequem.

Wir waren das letzte Jahr in diesem Hotel und fanden das Essen bedeutend besser. Dieses Jahr waren Sushi Portionen viel kleiner. Es gab mehr Eiswürfel als Sushi. Besonders der Kellner am Bar war nicht gerade freundlich. Sobald wir die Cocktails getrunken haben, nahm er uns die Gläser weg (obwohl wir gerade erst 10 Minuten da waren sowie die einzige anwesende Geste). Es war unmissverständliche Geste das wir weg gehen sollten. Er hatte schlechte Laune das uns gegenüber, unverzeihlich war.

An sich ein schönes Hotel aber leider für den Preis zu viel Mängel.

Der Spa Bereich und die Lobby sind sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Einen Fahrdienst zur Unterkunft + Gepäck wurde übernommen.

Die Lüftung im Bad war sehr laut, der TV ist immer wieder angegangen und war anfangs ausgesteckt. Hat sehr lange gedauert bis alles umgestellt war. Der Klodeckel war sehr locker. Durch den Teppichboden hatte ich mehrfache Allergische Reaktionen.

Spa très bien / dommage pour la chambre

Piscine chauffée intérieur (4x10m) avec spa (très chaud et sympa) ! Sauna, hammam très bon. Peignoires, chaussons à disposition. Quartier calme. La déco est assez design et belle généralement. 2 bars et restaurants méditerranéens et du monde.

On était dans l’aile Est (ancien bâtiment refait) / très petite chambre surchauffée (un calvaire) pas de climatisation, ventilation bruyante et inutile. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres (minergie) Familles : Chambres voisines, mais pas communicantes avec porte Restaurant the vault / service très lent Parking souterrain 30.- Spa pas d’accès pour les enfants de 10ans (plage horaire à respecter - le matin) mais ils nous ont laisser aller car pas trop de monde, merci !

Nie wieder! Ich empfehle das Hotel zu meiden.

Der Spabereich war in Ordnung, Parkservice hat gut funktioniert.

Die Kaffeemaschine roch nach vergorener Milch, nach der Beschwerde wurde lediglich das Wasser neu aufgefüllt. Unten finden sich Bilder, wie das Wasser (Valser Wasser aus der Flasche eingefüllt), nach Benutzung ser Maschine aussah. Da ich kein Fenster öffnen konnte, roch danach das ganze Zimmer, das einem übel wurde. Beim zweiten Mal hat es geklappt und es gab eine neue Maschine. Im Essen, welches ich aufs Zimmer bestellt hatte, fand ich im Salat ein Stück Papierserviette. Der Wrap wurde mindestens ein Tag vorher zubereitet und kalt serviert. Auf dem Serviertablett fanden sich Krümmel, wohl von anderen Hästen, unter der Serviette. Zudem war das Tablett fleckig. Im Spa-Prospekt auf dem Zimmer fanden sich Cannabisreste. Das Zimmer war relativ eng, Koffer auspacken war praktisch nur auf dem Bett möglich, Bad bietet keinerlei Stauraum oder Ablagefläche. Deutsch spricht kaum jemand. Meine hinterlegte Kaution wurde bis heute (mehr als 100h nach Abreise) nicht erstattet und zusätzlich wurde sogar noch ein Restbetrag auf der Karte reserviert, was ich nie autorisiert habe. Die Rechnung hatte ich vor Ort Bar beglichen. Der Standort liegt in einem Wohnquartier. Ausser den Preisen, hat dieses Hotel leider nicht viel mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu tun.

Nie wieder Five- vorallem keinen Superior Room im Eastwing ( besser in 3 Sternehotel!)

Frühstück gut, Pool schön, Spa gut aber sehr klein, immer alles besetzt !

Das Zimmer Superior East Wing eine Katastrophe: in einem anderen Gebäude weit ausserhalb vom Hotel zwischen Wohnblöcken- nur erreichbar über einen langen, steilen dunklen Tunnel ( mit Treppen !) ca 10 min oder mit Shuttelbus. Das Zimmer winzig, keine Ablage im Badezimmer, kaum Aufhängemöglichkeiten man konnte nicht einmal den Koffer am Boden öffnen, die Handtuchheizung aufgrund inkompatibler Stecker geht nicht und besonders negativ : man kann das Fenster nicht öffnen !!! Die Klimaanlage laut und nicht regulierbar ( zu kalt !) Die Parkgarage für 30 CHF extra nur im Hauptgebäde. Check in: Schlecht, ich musste 30 min warten, da meine Buchung bei booking.com im Hotel nicht gefunden wurde. Personal , welches meist kein Deutsch sprach, zum teil überfordert. Lage mit Offentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr schlecht zu erreichen 15 min zu Fuss vom Bus oder s- Bahn, zum teil steiler Anstieg !!!

Au moment de prendre notre chambre il y avait une grosse odeur de remontée d’égouts dans le couloir de l’etage. Au moment du check out on nous a demandé de re payer la chambre alors que la chambre était payée des jours à l’avance.

La piscine chauffée, le buffet déjeuner très copieux, beacoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Le personnel très chaleureux.

Il faisait très froid dans la salle de bain et je ne suis pas parvenue à faire fonctionner le radiateur. Le bruit continu de la ventilation dans la salle de bains, qu’on entend même avec la porte fermée.

Five Zurich: comodidad, vistas y excelente servicio

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en 5 Zurich. La vista era espectacular y la experiencia en general fue, sin duda, una de las mejores que he tenido en un hotel. Estar en pleno campo y montañas de suiza, lo hace mas especial. Felipel contribuyó enormemente a que mi visita fuera aún más especial: me mostró los mejores lugares y ofreció un servicio excepcional. ¡Gracias por hacer mi estancia inolvidable!

Hatten leider ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude was bei der Buchung in dieser Form nicht ersichtlich war. Zimmer viel zu klein, Fenster war nicht zu öffnen. Klimaanlage max auf 19 Grad einstellbar, Zimmer zu kalt, Lüftung (laut) nur abschaltbar wenn man den Hauptschalter für das gesamte Zimmer ausschaltet... Five ( besonders in Dubai) gerne wieder, aber in dieser Form in Zürich zukünftig ohne uns

Wunderbarer, genussvoller Aufenthalt!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, leider viel zu kurz! Überaus freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeitende, tolle Ausstattung und Einrichtung! Auch sehr schöner SPA-Bereich. Unglaublich reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot! Schöne Lage etwas am Berg oben und perfekte Verkehrsanbindung mit kostenfreiem Shuttle on demand zur Bahn (wären auch nur 10 min zu Fuß) und dann nur 10 min zum Bahnhof, direkt ohne Umsteigen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Oui mais très gros problème Ma carte bancaire s’est fait pirater deux jours après parce j’ai dû payer deux fois 1 fois passé par Booking Et une fois arrivé dans l’établissement, on m’a obligé de repayer j’ai toujours fait confiance au Booking Mais payer pour repayer bloquer l’argent, pas bloquer l’argent, c’est juste que c’est des choses qui ne m’intéresse pas Je réserve sur Booking je paye Booking je vais à l’hôtel et c’est tout ce que je demande

Ma carte bancaire s’est fait pirater deux jours après parce que j’ai payé à l’hôtel directement donc qu’est-ce qui s’est passé je sais pas j’ai des preuves que je peux vous les envoyer ma carte bancaire s’est fait pirater soit via Booking soit via l’hôtel cette carte bancaire que j’ai apostrophe, la seule carte que j’utilise pour payer les hôtels parce que le travail que je fais c’est sûrement ma Societe donc je paye uniquement avec cette carte
