I do not recommend booking the smallest room unless you are staying for 1 night or so. It was clean, however, very cramped and was very dark, poorly lit, and in an adjacent building that you have to either walk or take a shuttle to go to.
I wasn’t satisfied with it after seeing it so I headed back to front desk where Philippe was happy to show me the other choices available and was able to upgrade me with a fee into a very spacious and perfect room with balcony and amazing views of zurich. This room was better lit and spacious and the views from the balcony were breathtaking.
However, unfortunately the room is not well kept by the housekeeping and needs thorough cleaning to keep up with its luxuries. There were some hairs and dust, stains on marble from previous guests that a 5 star hotel shouldn’t have. Both rooms had one important thing in the toilet which was the bidet water hose (شطاف), which is essential for cleanliness and thats a +1 for this hotel.
Valet employees were also attentive and fast.
Check in and check out were smooth and Philippe and Omar were perfect handling my reservation and requests.
The hotel is nestled in a very quiet and scenic location which is excellent, however its a bit far from Zurich’s shopping area so its preferable to have a car and drive 10-15 minutes to reach that area.
The hotel also have indoor and outdoor pool and great amenities to use.

My room was even way smaller than it was advertized in the ad. Also the hotel is a scam as the cheaper rooms are not in the same building but war further away with a long underground tunnel. Maybe a normal room in the hotel is nice but not those east wing rooms. They are not even in the hotel. I was very dissapointed having to walk trough some tunnel system to a building that was a normal house in switzerland build 20 years ago and not even part of the hotel. That was not a 5 star experience.

The room is very very small ( 17 meters only ) very far from the main hotel , water at the toilet ( shower ) is leaking during use
I will not repeat this experience
