Good design. Spacious. Some of the staff were helpful. Comfortable beds.
Not the cleanest hotel. Poor sound proofing. The Staff were generally poorly trained for 5 star standards. Some staff were unhelpful and could not be bothered. Reception staff rarely answered the phone.
