FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort

Advertised a superior east room on the site with no indication that these rooms are in a separate building to the main hotel also the city view advertised I have attached my view of a car park apparantly this is the city view spoke with Agoda who would not do anything and nor would the hotel.. strongly recommend not staying in these rooms

The hotel is great. Staff is excellent, really helpful. But please note that before you do your booking make sure you book in the main building not east wing building. Overall, it’s in great location and highly recommended. Book it blindly

The experience we had at this hotel was the best we have had across all of Europe. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating which we truly appreciated. The rooms were an out of space experience and ridiculously clean. We were very sorry to leave but ended our European holiday on a high. Their outside pool and facilities were also extraordinary. Thanks to all the staff for making our last stop so amazing 😍

I recently stayed at Five Hotel Zurich for 3 nights and, unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. To start on a positive note, all the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay — that was definitely appreciated. However, the room (located in the Wasting Building) was disappointing. It wasn’t very clean upon arrival, and the air conditioning didn’t work. On the third night, the room became uncomfortably hot, and I had to request a room change during the night, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the hot water in the shower didn’t work properly, so I had to shower with cold water — another frustrating issue. Overall, it felt like you get what you pay for, but it’s definitely not up to 5-star standards. A few improvements in maintenance and cleanliness would make a big difference.
